The fog cutter is a tiki drink I could do! They aren't my thing but I like that set of ingredients - thanks for featuring! Oh, hey and the hurricane!! I can't get in to the "creamy" drinks. Not sure why. Thank goodness for there is such a variance on cocktails. In watching your terrific demonstrations I am getting a better sense of just how many cocktails there are - endless! I am am an amateur cook - loving learning about that and now I am really getting in to booze and wow, there is a lot to learn! Thank you for the great vids!! Keep them coming!!
I think it's great you're subscribed to how to drink. Your channels are so different but they're both the best on RUclips. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more
I'm a bartender and this has made me start to presue my dream of becoming a mixologist I love bartending it's the best job I've ever had and making people smile with drinks I make is amazing
5cl Bacardi Carta Blanca 2 cl Sweet Vermuth 3 part Grapefruit ( peeled without peel) 3 dash salt 2cl simple syrup 2 dash Peach bitter. Put 3 part in shaker muddle with 3 dash of salt and put all ingrendient and shaker put a old fashioned glass. Garnish; Slice grapefruit and rosemary. Cherrs :)
Mexican Martini 1&1/2 oz tequila (reposado works best) 3/4 oz cognac orange liquor (gran mariner or gran gala) 1 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz of 1:1 simple syrup 1/4 olive juice 1/2 fresh orange juice Shake with slice of jalapeño to add a hint of spice and serve Straight up. Garnish with olive(s) Can double strain to keep out ice chips and jalapeño seeds. Really great drink you should definitely try this!
Great high-quality video, as always. Would really like to see a "behind the scenes" episode where you guide us around and show us how your everyday work looks like, etc.
Great handcrafted cocktails that I love, except the Hurrican , which I prefer in the classic version. But still nice work. How about some "easy " longdrink cocktails like Cuba Libre oder G & T ; just to sum up a few you had done before and some new ones. I am happy to see your next videos.
My favorite summer drink right now goes like this: 50 ml gin, 75 ml cider (i prefere "Saft vom Fass" but as i know, you can only get that in switzerland), 25 ml applejuice and a spash of grenadine.
Great recipes! I'm guessing you don't actually routinely make all of these cocktails at the Bonneville (given that you don't have the specialty glassware). That shows commitment to wanting to teach others, not (only) to show off! Let's have some wine based cocktails when you can. Thanks!
Very nice! I think I might give the Pina Colada a try (I've always meant to learn how to make one), but I think you misspoke in saying "creamed coconut." Unless I'm mistaken (possible, of course), "creamed coconut" is a solid, but Coco Lopez makes "cream _of_ coconut," which is a liquid. Might also be a regional difference, though. Regardless, these all look great! I'll see about trying my hand at a few!
When he shakes he does not bruise the Hell out of the liqour like so many "mixoligist" like to do. Very nice to see someone making a drink right for a change.
I have an alternate Zombie recipe: White Rum (Bacardi Silver) 45ml Dark Rum (Plantation O.F.T.D.) 45ml Cointreau 15ml Absinthe 1tsp. Lime Juice 30ml Pineapple Juice 30ml Pink/Ruby Grapefruit Juice 30ml Grenadine 1tsp.
I'm no expert so I may be missing something simple, but how the hell does he consistently nail the volume of the beverage relative to the glass? With the zombie especially, it seemed like the liquid in the shaker *perfectly* filled the empty space in the beer mug filled with ice. Is he just throwing some liquid out at the end, or is there some system for cocktail volume and glassware sizes that I don't know of?
I actually worked at pat O'Brians on bourbon st for a bit. Your hurricane is wrong. They always have 3 rums one is 151 and grenade. Should be a bright red color
how about some nice and simple drinks to drink with your friends during a poker evening or something similair? would like to see that! anyways, keep up the good work!
Yeah...I tried the Piña Colada shown here. I wasn't really impressed and honestly, it didn't taste as good as I expected it would. Lack of body and the rum of choice made the drink stingy and not creamily - "fresh". I then did the exact same but replaced the Appleton with Malibu and have to admit I liked it more.
What is the purpose of using five different rums in Zombie? I would imagine that their flavors will collide and start to mask each other out, to the point that the overall taste is just a foggy mess? Wouldn't you get a better drink using only one rum that suits the drink? That said, I haven't made this drink (as presented here) myself and probably won't for a while, even though I have five different rums in my liqueur cabinet, couple of them are too expensive to use in a drink like this. Then again, if I'm not the one paying for it, anything goes. :-D
Really enjoying these videos!

I don't think I've seen a bar make such a monstrous Zombie; need to try that one xD
Could you do one on Jager related drinks? Or just your favorite shots?
Awesome! thanks buddy
Just a suggestion, I don't know how many bars would actually do it, but can you make blended frozen drinks such as daiquiris, margaritas and mojito's.
Also, Luxardo Maraschino Liquor is something every home bar should have. You should do a video using that.
Great videos! Please make video of the cocktails using triple sec or cointreau!

Fog cutter and pain killer are considered hair of the dog drinks if I'm not mistaken.

Aged rum in pina colada hmmm :O

I don't get that either. Most versions of the Zombie don't use more than 3 rums.
expensive ingredients first, wouldn't care at home but my boss would at work
creamed coconut looks like
coconut syrup
Long time no see new videos . Why? Please back on your channel again
muito bom Brasil
Yo when's the next vid out?
No Mai Tai?
No grenadine in the Hurricane? Your own version?
There's isn't any in a proper Hurricane. Unfortunately, this version isn't even close to what an original Hurricane is.
