Even after nearly 3 years of watching your videos I have to say: *Your logo is fantastic!* I am stunned by how good it looks everytime I see it! To your Instagram: the fotography quality is through the roof. The lighting, the editing, the angles, the general aesthetic, everything looks amazing on there. And as always, these videos are so good. You learn a lot, it feels cosy, yet clean and professional; stunning!
do a tea cocktails video! just made some black tea syrup yesterday (500mL water, 250g sugar, 62.5g black tea leaves). made a scotch tea, with 60mL blended scotch (monkey shoulder), 30 mL tea syrup, 20 mL evaporated milk, dash Fee Bros bitters, 150mL boiling water, garnish with orange peel
From one cocktail "how-to-make-it" team to another, we support you brother! The Flying Frenchman makes us wish we didn't sleep through French back in high school
Nice.. I do have a creation many years back.. 2006 yup.. I call it the Royal RUMble.. it's actually with Tia Marie which seems forgotten.. it's with Tia of cos, Myers dark rum, espresso, bit of sugar syrup. Shaken, strain. Garnish with grated with white chocolate. I hope this recipe lives, as my time is short haha.. no I'm not killing myself damn it! I have issue with my heart, it's leaking enzymes into the blood. Nevertheless, I'm still creating yes! So, have fun with my most proud recipe!
First drink looks SO TASTY!!! Second drink needs a shot of half and half, all others I just want to sip on a warm sunny morning... Early morning. amazing as always! Stay killin it
Just come back to say that Insomniac is amazing, tried it with kahlua’s salted caramel bottle and it’s gone to the next level, why isn’t this up there with the espresso martini?
Wow! Amazing coffee cocktails. I was in London 8 months ago, wish I had seen this vid then and visited you guys. Definitely recommend it to my pals in the UK.
Just had a riff on a Manhattan with coffee and a bit of Cointreau... a "Brunch Manhattan", if you will.... really good! orange citrus and coffee mesh nicely
Thank you for the creative cocktail ideas. I have some leftover coffee cognac liquor, hazelnut vodka liquor ,orange liquor and did not know what to do with it! Tuesday i will try the Bonaparte and the Insomniac! Greetings from the Netherlands
Love the videos dude, I learned how to make drinks from them and now I have a job in a cocktail bar, so thanks for that😊 Also a subscriber cocktail if you decide to do another video for them: it’s called a Brisbane Garden, 50 ml floral gin, 15 ml grenadine, 15 ml simple syrup, 25 ml lime juice, 5 ml rose water, stir over ice, quarter fill a prosecco glass, top with lemonade, garnish with a rose petal
On reading milky I immediatedly had russian sweet condensed milk on my mind, would be interesting to make a cocktail with it... All for tea and beer, too.
Great cocktails, amazing video and presentation. I'd love to see a bar tour or run down of what you think makes your bar special. For example what machine are you using for your ice?
Hmmm will have to try the Coffee Cocktail with no coffee, lol. Just subscribed after seeing the 5 holiday cocktails pop up in my feed. Loving these videos so far.
Coffee cocktails huh? Would it be possible for you to do chocolate cocktails next? I know chocolate liquor is a thing, and I heard that there were chocolate cocktails out there...
Great videos, just found you and subscribed. I agree, an equipment video would be awesome. Also, a behind the scenes tour of the bar to explain how you have organized it. And where do you get you ice?
I liked this video, because I like cocktails and coffee. I've always heard a martini is basically a clear spirit (e.g. vodka or gin) plus some kind of vermouth, typically dry. I am fond of the espresso martini, but, if we were to get technical about the matter, would we be able to (technically) call it a martini?
518 Likes and no Dislikes! I'm glad everyone enjoys you as much as I do. Although I was missing your signature camera angle from the pour spout/in the shaker haha what a pain to record they must be.
Love this channel!! Amaro cocktails next? Could always go for more Rum cocktails. Maybe a video for liqueurs and when is the next user submission coming up? Definitely want to share!!
My preferred coffee cocktail is about half-whole shot of whiskey(my preference is bourbon) and fill the mug with hot coffee. Cream and sugar to taste(optional). But I can't stand my coffee cold.
Sorry but: un what moment of the coffee cocktail do you add the coffee? 'Cause i don't see it in the video. Good job Man. Follow for that way. Hugs and Cheers from Argentina
That "coffee cocktail" is the absolute bomb. SO delicious and satisfying. I do feel, though, that my ruby port could be a bit more punchy. Suggestions?
Hi, thanks for your Awesome channel and beautiful cocktails. I have a question. I am trying to put together a thorough home bar. What would you say are the best Bitters to have on hand and the best Unusual liquors to get? Thank you again! 😉🍹🍸🥂

always thought of making some interesting tea cocktails with gin
Tristan Sluce that would probably work well. Botanical and citrus notes from gin and herbal/sweet from tea.
Woow my favorite video of bonneville, i love coffe and i love the cocktails, great channel
From one cocktail "how-to-make-it" team to another, we support you brother! The Flying Frenchman makes us wish we didn't sleep through French back in high school

Ruairi watch your language, this is a family establishment. I'll take one of each of those btw

What a great video, I've been waiting for this so long! Thanks, man!
Skillz. lol.
Also, the stimulant vs. espresso martini - basically the same drink modulo the amount of espresso in it and the glass it's served in.
as well as being served on ice. Typically martinis dont have that where this does
And the insomniac is just a white russian with coffe
Rewatching this because I loved it but it's definitely time for coffee cocktails pt 2!!!
Think you're right!

Angostura bitters, most common. Coffee liquer, cointreau, campari. Just get the new ingredients along the way when making new drinks
