    This was a great class and just what I was looking for. Thighs in straps?!?! like what? That felt amazingly different and also really loved the shoulder opener!

    What if the thighs don’t fit through the straps?

      Hi Anette, great question! My straps are quite large and easily allow for it but I know not all straps are that way. I would suggest just putting that straps on your feet and performing all the same movements. You'll still get a fantastic workout, cheers!
