I just ordered everything on Amazon, except I'm not going through the dash. I'll put the switch under the seat. But thank you for all of this!! My Sea-Doo 24 Fish Pro Trophy ordered a stock bilge without knowing it wasn't a conventional bilge. I'm going to put the shut-off in. I also bought a kit for a tow valve. Next endeavor. Dave..

I am having plans to fishing of this ski's next year. All these videos on safety to protect flooding, but I see no reason to let bilge pump on permanently, which will fail when you need it. Can you do the next video on the installation of the water sensor in the hull with alarm, which will start the bilge pump. That means you did not need that switch installation😁😁😁
I still liked your installation step by step.

That would of been a nice project but most folks wanted a kill switch. What kind of alarm were you thinking?

      Hi, thanks for replying.
To save ski from flooding without you knowing there is water leaking through, a water sensor(float switch) will automatically activate, and the alarm is to tell the user there is water in the hull. This is useful when the engine is off. Especially far from shore.
A manual switch might be too late. If you switch off while fishing for hours.
My point is that both methods work similar.
My suggestion is simple installation with float switch in hull, and your method is a manual switch installation. Less holes and dissembling are better for ski. I tend to break something while taking off parts.
That alarm could be a buzzer in the hull, too.

they make pumps that have sensors built in to them, or separate field sensor switches or even a float switch. @@myunghong9004
