@@thefictionnl Not at all, Dela asked the producers to do that because she needed as well to get rid out of a contract, for some reason the program does not reference Dela at all in future seasons. The contract that Dela took out from her shoulder said that the franchise could use anything Dela said or did during the filming without claiming copyright. So that was not good for the program at all so RuPaul could have been mad

@@Medusa- i don't have WoW Presents or cable so i just watch all the superclips and montage videos on youtube, the video wouldn't tell me what the pink lipstick was for lol. that clarifies it at least, i never saw anyone being brought back into the show before, i just know they occasionally came back but never knew why.

Dela's exit truly was an iconic reality television moment.
It was the GAG of the season.
Shannel is me when I'm quitting my job after 3 days of being there.
It irks me that they waited until that very moment to give her the compliments and validation she desired to hear from them.
And they only complimented her because she called them out on it
the thing is when you look back on the critiques, they say that many times about her. They just forgot to say it to her face somehow. I think Shannel doing that must have made them reconsider how they judge the girls
There is always that 1 contestant per season that they try to break for great TV moments like Jan on S12 or Utica on S13, sadly it was Shannel on Season 1.
One of my favourite moments of the entire franchise is watching Chi Chi during Dela’s elimination. Everyone else is gagged and pissed… and every shot of Chi Chi is pure happiness that she got to stand witness to the hilarity. What an angel ❤

RuPaul was sooo speechless during Ben De La’s decision because it took away the power and choice of Ru and the Producers who were probably already predetermining her win.

Same, it was oddly emotional for me as especially now I feel or felt a lot like her in that moment. And watching her choose herself just really hits your heart strings.
I kind of love that she left on her own terms though? She’s not a glamour queen like they expect the all stars seasons to be. She wanted to stay true to her drag aesthetic, which is 90s grunge. It was sad to see her go and be so sad but her drag now is honestly an aesthetic I’ve always aspired to have.
Nothing beats Bendela Christ’s exit. It was EPIC. ICONIC even. 👏🏼

I don't think that's what she said at all. I didn't interpret her words as "I'm gonna win if it stay" but more as "I don't need the validation of this win because I already feel all the validation I could have asked for"

I've seen a RPDR live performance in Amsterdam.
Miss Vanjie and Daya Betty picked some people from the audience to lipsync against each other right after the intermission.
And I loved how Vanjie said: "And even if you don't win, you can always call out your name three times and walk backwards off the stage." XD

I've always admired Adore 💯 for knowing they were coming after her and leaving. Right choice, 💯. They were not showing her respect. I far prefer the change this brought: some newer variations of RPDR are a true celebration of these artists and the art. 😘 That's right. That's fitting. They deserve respect.
I think Adore leaving really changed the tone of the show. After that, and after Violet's win it really felt like they started embracing more diversity in drag rather than just traditional drag.
Shannel will ALWAYS be the ORIGINAL icon and legend for coming for the judges. The nerve of it all

Ben Dela Christ is iconic for sure and I rewatched as3 for the heck of it and ONG I can 200% sympathize w Dela’s choice. I forgot how short old all stars were! AS3 was only on for 8 episodes and Dela won 5 before eliminating herself! And just imagine the pressure and burden of having to listen 11 times girls begging you to keep them in the competition and the burden of having to send them home! I think Dela did this also to just save her own sanity and I 1000000% sympathize with her choice.

Adore and Ben eliminations were really difficult to watch, considering that both of them are my favorites from the beginning of their runs on season 6.

I hate that they allowed all three members of Rolaskatox be on the same all stars season knowing they would always save each others asses when it wasn’t deserved.
Ben DeLa Creme's exit will always not sit right with me. Not because of her decision to leave, but the reactions from the other queens. It feels like they just kinda brushed her off for putting her own needs first and being satisfied with her track record. It will be an iconic moment for sure, but Im always left with a :/ feeling at the other queens' reactions.
I don't think their commentary matched how they reacted in the moment. I wonder if there was some pressure from Ru to frame it badly so it wouldn't happen again.
You should definitely include your international seasons, i mean we have so many of them why cant we add them in the compilations 🤭.
