The fact that Alyssa got eliminated due to friendship, and on her mother's death anniversary. That was the worst elimination in Drag Race history.
Detox was clearly struggling as well; she’s said she regretted not going back and changing the lipstick but didn’t know if she even could

@@nightmeowonelmstreet215 Idk if I agree that Shangela ‘deserved’ to win, bc obvi the choice came down to the eliminated queens. I just think the jury twist was so badly executed tbh. Shangela was living her Game of Thrones fantasy and then got smacked in the face with her very own Red Wedding. And while that is wonderful and ironic, it’s not satisfying in the format of a show like RPDR which presents itself as a primarily skill-based competition. I wish the queens had been told from the beginning about the jury so they could’ve played accordingly. If they had been told, and Shangela did everything the exact same, then I’d say that she just played the social game poorly, but the issue is that she was unaware of that aspect of the competition.
The fact that Katya never won a lip sync in All Stars 2 because she rightfully wanted to eliminate Roxxy is BOGUS.
100%! She for sure won Cherry Bomb, and in my opinion she beat Detox too. Detox gave us nothing, she just showed her ass like she does every 2 minutes and walked around while Katya gave us comedy. Completely ridiculous.

Katya herself has said multiple times that she didn't even bother learning the lyrics for the lip syncs because she didn't want to win any of them. She hated the format and didn't want to eliminate anyone. The producers knew that as well and that's why she never won any. It has nothing to do with Roxxxy. Why would the producers even want Roxxxy in the finale? lol
@@4kupscale i think that her strategy was to stay away of the rolaskatox thing, because you know.... detox and alaska were doing very well, and in the end, detox showed that they friendship matters the most. so i think it was her strategy to stay way of that drama. because if she win a lipsync (even if we would consider it luck today) she would be fair and sent roxxxy home. at least that's how i read the situation nowdays.

According to Nina, Ru was LIVID! Apparently that whole confrontation lasted longer than we saw (with Ru cussing and everything) so yh, she was very disappointed. Plus Ru herself listed it as one of her most shocking moments from the show
If I was Nina, I would've felt so bad. I know she has been really problematic after her appearance in season 9, but production actually fed all her conspiration stuff. I mean, can you imagine standing there, and see that the person you admire the most is stanning and pushing the other person so hard that is obvious they don´t want you to stay? I don´t about you, but I would have gave up on that moment.

I mean, that whole ass season was pure riggory. One look at the Rusical can tell you how rigged it was in favor of Shangela and BenDela. Then BenDela beat the system, and the other queens broke it.

Like, Trixie got to play Dolly. Kennedy got Janet. Chi Chi got Patti. All of them in theory would've been great. It's just that Ben and Shangela were the funniest, and Ru loves to laugh.

I think she knew that she was being set up to win. She wanted to turn the tables, and I don't honestly think it was all to give the other queens another shot at winning so much as to give herself some space and room to breathe. In all cases, she CRUSHED her season of RPDR/AS. So it was a wise move, because it took all of her energy and drive. Sending herself home was her saying, "I see you, and I know what you're doing. I don't play games; I WIN them." You can see as much when she walked to the back of the stage and said, "Thanks for letting me be MY KIND of winner."
And let's not forget Ru's face at 5:52..."Excuse me?"

No. It was staged. Katya was told she would have been allowed to win if she picked Alyssa's name, but she said no thanks and went with Roxxxy. It was rigged for Rolaskatox throughout.

I mean, that's my biggest disappointment in All Stars seasons. That some of the best performers don't make it to the finale because they are different and not conformist popular girls in the workroom. And drag is so much about being an individual, so to have that held against you (by your competitors) is bs. Manila, Trinity, Valentina, Shangela, etc.

Alyssas unjust elimination remains my very favorite Alyssa Edwards memory (and girl there are many). The poise, gratitude, and joy she showed was so deeply inspiring and moving. Total class act who finds the good in everything. My favorite human to ever grace the show

Trixie was SO lost, Shangela was OVER IT, Kennedy couldn’t even believe it lol it was so amazing
You could see the wheels turning in DeLa's head; Trixie was beside herself, Shangela (in the confessional) was (without words) "Are you fucking kidding me!" and Kennedy looked as though the floor was giving way underneath her. NONE of them; not the judges, not any of the queens, not even Ru, were prepared for what they witnessed. I think that's what made it so memorable. She knew she was taking a calculated risk, and it paid off for her.
I will never forget Alyssa Edwards' and Manila Luzon's elimination on All Stars. Those moments are the FUCKED.

Rolaskatox tarnished a season of which is still considered one of the best seasons. I just hated seeing the three together again, especially after the S5 fiasco of the judges not wanting them to rely on each other
