I hate when people test my boundaries/say something extremely inappropriate/disrespect my opinion and I try to react accordingly and logically prove my point only to be brushed off or ignored on that topic cause I don't sound bothered by it. I don't feel mad while it happens but boooooy do I get mad when I'm safe at home. I imagine conversations going differently, talk to them angrily and want to stop interacting with them altogether, but I also have disorganized attachment that makes me extremely fearful of abandonment and this vicious cycle often repeats. But anyway, your video helps immensely, knowing I'm not alone in it. I hope my new therapist will help me regulate this too.
