DIY Guitar Setup Tutorial | Cleaning, Stringing, Intonation & Action

In this video, I walk through all of the guitar maintenance that I do at home without needing to spend $100s at the luthier every other month. This is no substitute for proper luthier training or paying for a quality setup, however its meant to show you some mid-level upkeep work you can do on your own to make adjustments, improve your guitar's tone/playing while also buying you time in between luthier trips.
I show how to remove old strings, apply lemon oil to hydrate the fretboard, polish, restring, check intonation, and adjust action as needed. My hope is this video will help you take some guitar care into you own hands, save some money, and add a new DIY skill to your toolbelt.
