Thanks for the question! You are able to structure the company this way-- From my perspective it allows more flexibility on the admission of Members later on that may not want or need to be Managers of the company as well.
what if I'm just a single-member LLC , running out of my home, just for service industry (IT). so not real estate. Just me. Do I do Member managed or Manager Managed? It's no confusing for us SINGLE-MEMBER LLC's that are real simple. Also, how can I protect my home address for privacy, Indiana doesn't even allow Northwest to have that option on the menu where the option to choose your physical business address can also be the Register Agent's location/address. HELP!!!
