Should my LLC be Member Managed or Manager Managed?

    Thanks Carl. One thing that I am confused about - if you choose to have a manager-managed LLC, how could someone know who the manager is?

    Wash dc give big property tax discount for homestead benefit but owner cannot be LLC need to be a grantor trust. How to any way to set is up?

      @@coffeewithcarlaba thank you for helping. In Wash dc property owner can get big discount via homestead discount on property taxes. However the property cannot be owned in a LLC. That is a problem for many property owners. You have a premium member that has the same issue so they will email you instead. Thank you!

    What if you already have WY LLC owning a property in a different state, why would it hurt to have it as manager managed? No one will know the manager is also a member. Am I missing something?

    Does ownership level matter in a member-managed LLC? For example, would a 51/49 set up for two-member LLC automatically make the larger owner the manager?

    Great video Carl!
    Question: how do we link the Wyoming LLC to the rental LLC’s.
    Deed it over? Assignment letter?
    A video on the process of linking / owning our LLCs for asset protection would be amazing.
    I have a corporation that collects rents from LLCs. The corporation will funnel money to Wyoming entity - but how all is all of this bound together?
