    There are studies who found that lifting before ~9am has higher risks of injury. Mostly because the athletes are tired and not rested well enough. Would appreciate to hear your take on this?

      I do not think working before 9 is a bad thing. It should help the body recover faster so long as you warm up and stretch correctly
