Andrew, I bought a set of the 2021 TRail Irons and loved them. They went miles and so high. I am over 70 years old and they worked great for me. The only downside I saw was in the winter months with no grass on the fairways, I tended to skull them or hit them thin because the rails on the bottom would not dig into the ground. Other than that, they are terrific for someone who has lost clubhead speed due to age, injury or other reasons. Thank you for this review!
Good stuff Andrew nice clubs for high handicappers,or someone who needs a good bit of help with their game, great for seniors also. How about some tips for seniors who can’t fully turn in their back swing to get more distance. Great work keep the tips coming.👍
Great video...I am forever confused between Cobra T-Rail and Cleveland Launcher XL halo...any recommendations on which one to get? I'm a high handicap player and juat care about forgiveness....thanks mate..
interesting. I am happier hitting my 5 hybid and 7 wood to my irons so could see myself using something like these at some point in the future. I think i would stick to traditional irons though once i got down to wedges. How would these be out of long grass as you don't have a sharp edge to cut through the grass?
Not entirely sure it makes a huge amount of difference if you are hitting off a mat or grass to be honest. The biggest influence is the person on the end of the club.

Hi,
I guess the only way is to demo both clubs.
Halo’s are more fade biased; Cobra T-rails are more draw biased

Hard to say as not tried the club's from long grass, the rails on the sole may help.
Using these clubs is it better to sweep or compress the ball? And how about shaping a shot?
Hi Gary, from my experience I would say sweep, but all golfers are different. For the skilled golfer these clubs can be shaped.

Good video, thank you! Can you still sh*nk theses hybrid irons though??
Hi Andrew, I believe you could shank these, but may be less chance than a traditional iron. Do you suffer with shanks?

Hmm, that's my tendency, yes, sadly!! My Ping G430 graphite irons certainly much better, but still prone sonetimes!!
How to stop reverse pivot?
I love the 5-9i, wedges, the jury is still out ….
Anyway you can show us how they play on the course and not off the mat
