I finally came home from hospital yesterday (Tuesday 14th March 2023 after 19 days in there. Have to go back to outpatients on o Friday for 2 appointments, one at midday and the other at 16:15 so I'll have a lot of waiting around to do lol. I have a 3.7ltr at the moment and I have at last tried a Victoria sponge in it! I will try and send a pic of it. Made a few Blueberry Muffins today which were lovely too. The sponge was only a 6 inch one, but it was home made which is the main thing. I ALWAYS had cakes in my home 'till I had a Stroke a few years ago and have not been able to do much in the kitchen since then but now with these Air Fryers I feel I may have a chance again!! Wendy is the cook in this house I just fool about 😂😂😂😂 I like doing food for us both. We haven’t eaten much cake for a while after I also had a stroke after catching covid. The crimping was a bit of a mess, even Wendy couldn’t tidy it up, she said your cheeky the mugs weren’t from poundland. Knowing me I bet they were 😂😂😂😂😂happy weekend mate 👍

Well, Graham, they look bliddy lovely, so I'm going to try them. I have never seen this done without the filling being cooked first, so this is great. Now help me out please, you never warmed it up, but cooked it first on 205 for 10 mins on roast, then 180 for 10 mins on bake, that's a great idea. I told you the blaze was great. I made a large mince and onion pie on Sunday, and scotch eggs and both were delicious. I absolutely love hearing you and Wendy together, what a great double act yous are. Wish I had of found that special person,,but sadly it wasn't to be. Please say hi 👋 to Wendy for me and please keep laughing together, I absolutely love it ❤️😊😘
Hi Kitty. We were a bit worried that they wouldn’t cook through so I went full power on bake then eased off, it seemed to work ok. I was just lucky I think. Wendy cut all the cubes really small. When l read the times in your message it’s right but it doesn’t sound long enough does it. The blaze is very good so fast and easy to clean, a brilliant choice all round. We do seem to get on well, I don’t know how she puts up with me all the time. Always Nice to hear from you kitty keep smiling with us 😂😂😂😂🥰😘👍 and 👋 from Wendy.

We won’t have anymore pets now because we go away any chance we get for a cheap deal. Only in the uk. I think today it’s just stay in and keep as warm as you can. 🥰🥰😘👍

Hi Vanessa I had intended to do costing but most items were in the cupboard and I fancied having a go at it. We just bought cheap beef and cut it really fine. I would use more salt and lots more pepper next time. 🥰🥰😘👍
