Ingredients:
1/2 Cup - Kali Urad Dal whole
10 hrs soaked dal
2 cups water
2 tea bags
1/2 tsp amla powder
1/2 tsp salt
20 min slow cooking in a pressure cooker
4-5 tbsps White Butter or ghee or amul butter
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp whole garam masala crushed
1 black cardamom, 2 green cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 javitri, tiny jaiphal, 2 cloves, 2 black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp crushed ginger
1 tbsp green chillies
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp roasted powdered fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp chole masala powder

1 cup tomato puree
a handful of coriander leaves finely chopped
1 cup hot water
3 cups hot milk
1 tsp besan
1/4th cup water
2 tsp milk powder ( optional ) it will give you good taste must try, I ADDED BUT CLIP WAS NOT ATTACHED.
