This was my 1'st coaster and when I rode it, I knew I would be a coaster enthusiast. Also I celebrated my 100'th coaster with Wicked Cyclone.
This ride is very photogenic
Between this and Slinky Dog Dash, it's safe to say that Mack Rides is pretty dang good at family coasters.

I’m at Busch Gardens Tampa. And I went yesterday and I’m going today. I rode this yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have high expectations but after riding it. All the theming. I was very surprised. The ride itself is very smooth. Not one time did I bang my head or anything. This is a perfect ride. One of my favorite rides at Busch gardens Tampa.

You did a great job filming it for sure! I am very excited to ride it with my kids next time we are in Florida. The novelty of the design definitely appeals to me.
One time my brother and I were in the back of the second cart and there were 2 grown men in front of us and We were flung around cause if the weight difference.
This ride is just incredible!!! The theme and story is fantastic!! They should seriously make a movie about this because I would DEFINITELY watch it in the theater!! This ride is just a great family rollercoaster!! 10/10

I ridden the coaster in the front and back coaster car. Out of those 2, I perfer the front row in the front car. The reason at one point I was facing street up at the sky. It's a good coaster. The theming is amazing and I like how there is live snakes in the line. Great Video by the way.
BGT is my home park and I visit it almost every week, something that wasn’t mentioned in this video is that Cobra’s Curse goes down a lot. I’m lucky if I can get a ride in and even if I get in the line, it breaks down in the line. I do love the coaster though and recently it hasn’t been breaking down as much as I’ve seen in the past.

Gotta love Mark rose. Bgt legend who helped design this coaster. The park will get an extreme backwards part of their next coaster so no worries. I really like the backwards part on cobras curse imo. It’s different and unique and that’s what Mark always wants for the park and I really like it! Can’t wait what he has for gwazi cause that’s one of Mark’s favorites lol!

Out of all of the rides that I like at BGT, even though I'm a big coaster enthusiasts, this is my favorite ride at the park while Falcon's Fury is my #2. I just like it because (and I feel like many coaster enthusiasts forget this) It's.... FUN. Reason why I say that is because a rollercoaster doesn't need to have tall heights, fast speeds or high intensities, in order to be a good ride it just needs to be FUN!
The lift on cobras curse is like that on intamin water coasters
Dollywood would be a great fit for something like this! It might be too similar to Firechaser though.

This is my type of coaster right here Taylor because the first big coaster I ride was the Loch Ness monster and I had a bad experience on that so this would be my type of starter coaster
I rode Python many years ago, before RUclips was a thing. Hated it, and didn’t ride any coasters since. However, my curiosity started again this year. Watched a ton of POV and videos about coasters. I chose this to be my first official coaster and I wasn’t disappointed. I had fun, though had vertigo bad after, and would definitely ride again. I plan to do Slinky Dog Dash soon too

Ride was closed my first visit to BGW for maintenance. Recently went back to ride it... closed for the day. Nice. At least I have Turbulence, the best Mack Spinner in the game.

Kinda wish I had these beginner coasters introducing me to things gradually. Giving me a little taste. Rather than my dad going LeTs Go On ThE cOrKsCrEw 😂
So recently this coaster has developed an annoying rattle. When I came to here this year (2021) I was happy to ride this bc I loved how smooth and fun it is, but after that ride I was a little annoyed because the train shakes a ton in the 2nd half and near the end of the 1st half. This rattle really takes a lot away from the ride but I still find my ways to enjoy it.
Tl;dr, ride was good, developed a rattle, got annoying but still fun-ish
I got stuck going downward backwards on this ride in the early months when it had first opened up and the jolt was so abrupt I ended up getting sent to the hospital from the whiplash
If you sit in the front row of the back car you can get a decent pop of airtime on the backwards helix. Also it's one of those spinning coasters where the weight balance of your car hugely affects the amount of spinning. It's a great family coaster but from what I've experienced as a frequent BGT guest it has major problems with downtime and reliability.
If you have uneven weight distribution it WILL spin fast, and it's awesome

@@colemouledous4817 cheeta hunt is amazing in the front. You can fell the pull of the launch more in the back row more. It's my 2nd favorite coaster there. My favorite coaster is montu.
I still have yet to ride this. Every time we go there, it's not in service.
My only gripe is I’d make it a little longer, maybe add a couple hundred feet to it. But other than that I think it does it’s job and plays a good role in the park as a family ride
cobra curse and firechaser express are the best family coasters ever
I thought this ride was pretty fun and very unique. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see the que because I had the quick que or whatever it’s called, but I still thought this was a fantastic family coaster.

The first time I ever rode this it was a night right before the closed the park and my car I was in with my sister and my mom spun like tea cups it was insane how much it spun. But we could never get it to do that again every ride was pretty mediocre after that. Still a great coaster though!

This is fun. Its a bit tame but thats ok best mack Spinning coaster still is Dwervelwind at toverland thats super intense and wild and i love it best coaster int the Netherlands

I seem to remember when you did Firechaser Express at Dollywood you gave it an 8 (if I'm remembering correctly) and said it was about as good as a family coaster could get, so I was confused when you said it was a 9. I was thus expecting anywhere from a 7-8. Seeing as you adjusted it for a family coaster though, the 9 makes sense, and I could honestly see this being the best family coaster on the planet, all things considered. Great theming, great introductory coaster for both individual elements/concepts, and coasters in general, and a pretty fun ride, even if it's not the most thrilling. I'd give it (for family coaster) anywhere from a 9-10 personally. Overall a 7.5 to 8. Great video BTW!
just keep in mind that I made the FireChaser Express review in 2014. That was 4 years ago. I wasn't rating coasters then with the same criteria in mind as I do now.
@@CoasterStudios Wow, didn't realize that was that long ago lol. And yeah, I understand completely. The way you rate coasters has certainly evolved over the years. *looks at really old Coaster Studios review with "individual aspect" ratings* Yep, certainly evolved all right.
Don't take what I said the wrong way either; your old videos had a certain charm to them, but the more "modern" are CERTAINLY more professional and well-made nowadays.
Perhaps I had a bad ride but my time on this coaster was extremely lackluster and I already had fairly low expectations. I guess The Car is free spinning because I never even got one full swing not even close I think at one point I kind of made a half rotation but mostly I just went through a fairly slow my mild ride in a car that kind of Weeble wobbled back and forth
There is a real snake in the queue
The Only Real Downside Is the elevator lift, they could have put a themed bilding around it, doesn't need much inside.

@@CoasterStudios I also agree due to Verbolten's higher intensity and not being as tame of a ride as Cobra's Curse. Cobra's Curse does have great theming though.
Cheetah Hunt is like a more thrilling Verbolten but Verbolten is more thrilling than Cobra's Curse making it hard to compare.
@@kevinplayscello_ You could say that but in some cases, Verbolten can be more intense than Cheetah Hunt such as the helix inside the building. But yes, that is correct having ridden all three of them.

Steven Reilly They needed a family ride if you ever been to bush gardens you would know they don’t have a ride to suit any ages that isn’t a huge thrill seeker. There are many ride at bush gardens that are very extreme and what your talking about for what you want to be cobras cure is that you should go ride cheetah hunt it’s a thrill for first time big riders. Not every ride has to be extreme.
