Thanks, 👍. This gives me an idea of how my neighbors GMC spark plugs replacement will be. I was asked today if i could help do it and it looks fairly simple. Although, she has the 2004 year. I probably going to buy myself the spark plug boot puller, i don't have one and definitely need one because I'm always having trouble pulling my plug boots and slamming my knuckles into metal everytime i do my '05 ford explorer.thanks again 👍.
I just got don't hand tightening my plugs...I wish I had checked the gaps. I literally thought about it before starting but went off what they say: "they're pre set" and being too lazy to look for and find my tool that looks like yours. I hope I don't have issues.
Hey, so the manual says to use ACDelco 41-962, but some people say to use ACDelco 41-110. I've been using the 41-110 and I've had to change the knock sensor three times already. The engine light is still on. What do you think I should do?
Thanks alot!! Unfortunately I had to replace my fuel pump.. but now everything is done. And I didn't have to pay a arm and a leg to fix it. Did it all myself. .thanks for stopping by!
What if hesitation when start have new battery and new starter. Have never changed spark plugs or wires since I bought vehicle. Bad spark plugs could create it to hesitate to start correct?
It can. Its not that hard to do. And its not that expensive. And you don't need to many tools. I would do it to rule it out. But i would first Check your fuel Pressure ruclips.net/video/FPlfQAUv6Hw/видео.html to rule out a bad fuel pump. once you get a good reading , then do the tune up. Thanks for stopping by.
I had my Blend Door Actuator changed for 2004 Denali XL but it still gives me heat on driver side all of a sudden. rest of the car is fine with HVAC. Blend Door Actuator get reset once I turn off the car and restart it. I start getting cool air again. Anybody else is also having this problem.
I changed radiator, water pump, alternator for the Denali 2004 and I also changed the belts at the same time. Starter I had it replaced. I forgot about the oil pressure sensor (I replaced that too).
Sorry i usually respond in the morning ,yeah i know its a bummer. it was a bummer when i found out it was attached to the fuel pump in the gas tank. it was a hassle to remove ( But... its really easy to remove, if you dont mind working on your back and smell gas,), you don't need any special tools. There are some youtubes that show you what to do. Good luck and thanks for stopping by.
@@andreabraham7266 I had the same problem I called a few texts they wanted a hundred twenty five bucks to look at it. So I thought for a minute and what's going on is that the computer is reading as if you had the old plugs in now that you got the new plugs it's misfiring because the computer thinks it has the old plugs and still. So what I did was disconnect the battery I disconnected both cables and let it sit for about an hour and I connected the cables back on and what happened is that the computer resets itself. So I turned on the truck and drove it around the block came home turned off the truck. Waiting for about 15 minutes and went around the block again and the computer reset itself and there was no misfire. Try that it works for me thanks for stopping by and don't forget to like and subscribed. Save myself a hundred twenty five bucks
Notsofast I will give that a check tomorrow afternoon after I get back from work. The only plug I didn’t get to change out was the number 8 plug because yes my nick name is Andre the giant .I do have some big hands. So all 7 was changed out except that one. I will give your idea a shot and fill you in on the results.Thank you
No, no, no. Do NOT use anti-seize compound on spark plug threads. The days of steel spark plugs getting stuck in aluminum heads are long gone due to the plating on the plugs now used by all manufacturers. When in doubt, read and follow the manufacturer's directions which do not include putting on antiseize.
Don't know. Just know that the engineers who make the plugs say they are plated and don't use it any more and they are a bunch smarter about this than we are. Just like I don't pull and sandblast my spark plugs every 3k like i used to do.
@@sf9898u Sand blast.. lol my dad use to do that. The problem with that, you would have small sand particles still in the plugs. I don't think putting anti-seize compound is going to cause any problems. Don't get me started with engineers especially GM engineers. Thanks for your input.
This guy the way how to teach you is like master better than dealership thank you for the speech

Where is the fuel filter located?
in the gas tank, its part of the fuel pump.
😲😁😁😭😭😭😭
Thank you ! I'm getting a PO303 code and I really hope it's something with the spark plugs, if it's something internal I'm screwed
Good luck..
What was it
If there's a fuel pressure issue would an error code pop up for it?
....during diagnosis
Thank you ‼️‼️
Np.
DUDE! TWO HANDS WHEN TIGHTENING WITH ONE ON THE SOCKET TO KEEP IT FROM TWISTING! DAMN! You're bound to break a plug if not already.
Don't worry , never broke one yet, I'm a professional.
So where is the fuel filter located
Sadly with the fuel pump, ( its built in the pump ) on mine. thanks for stopping by.

You mean throttle position sensor..?
