A great Olds Studio Cornet is reviewed here, and then compared to the Olds Recording Cornet, an Olds Special Cornet, and an Olds Super Cornet. I think the Studio cornet has a breathy, dark(ish) tone...Very appealing sound, in my opinion. Each of these seem vastly different; their wraps are quite different - as is the resulting tone.
