Then you will wan't to disable them from being able to talk over their megaphones and radios. This is pretty irritating but after you have started in Take a Ride you will then want to activate a Undercover level, any Undercover level will work as long as cops aren't used in it. However once you restart the level it will load you in the Undercover level which is why this is irritating. Which means you need to disable the level cheat and go back to the main menu and repeat this step. You could also use a Quick Save on the emulator. Eh that's something I'm probably not going to be able to find as it is not a normal usable asset in the game. It might not be in the game either. I know people out there have modded to where they have the menu, but still I'm not an expert.
@@Comando52Colton I found a code but it shows only down numbers in the game! it is similar as a You tuber did but no appear in the menu! it is amazing that it can be changed the weather conditions from the menu during the gameplay!
