@@Comando52Colton It comes with reverse engineering, actually we have all the addresses for Spanish version of the game :) You can translate 0xD1364 to 800D1364, it's a regular int (4 bytes), so code 800D1364 0001 will enable mini cars

Man, now I saw the description of the Havana dialogues. I managed to extract all the cop radio lines. The "rare" ones you mean are when the cops spot you for the second time on, but aren't the two standard ones form take a ride, right? Eg: at day, In chicago and vegas, when a cop spot you again, they have two lines: "we're on his tail" or "we picked him up, we're heading north" but in some missions or game modes, the "we picked him up" is swapped for "requesting backup".
Yeah I just find it mysterious why there just not used on all levels and only on the Driving Games levels and Escape to Ferry and the Demo Replay levels.
@@Comando52Colton its pretty interesting. it also happens in havana day. if you play the quick getaway in necropolis de colon and manage to get the cop to spot you for a second or third time you can hear an alternate cop dialogue. there's very old video of mine which I show it (couldn't find the video tho)
No. Sadly, unless I am mistaken, there is just straight up no day skybox/backgorund for Los Angeles. You could use the day code which would make the world seem it a bit brighter but all the buildings and cars and lights will still be on.
