There are two ways you can do this by your preference. The first way is just for normal vehicles and no cops cars at all. Which you just simply use this at the main menu. The other way is if you want to have cop cars too, just simply start a level up and pause the game then activate this. Cop Vehicle 8013846C 000? STANDARD/COP VEHICLES = 00 - 04 UTILITY, COMMERCIAL, SERVICE, SECRET VEHICLES = 08 - 0C As long as its not set to cop car the lights and siren will not be on/shown.
