- Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

We really need someone with credentials to challenge this whole case. This is so unprofessional and the Judge has allowed a mockery. The state are unorganised and just feel like a web of inconsistency.
Crazy thing is she positioned the dropping jewels lyrics aggressively and with emphasis to create a feeling but yet there is a whole other version and or vibe of the same song but she saying it’s wrong for him to show that…. wtf….. the bias in this trial is embarrassing to the legal system in this country

Agree 100%. She was very aggressive the way that she read the lyrics and she didn't read them in order at all. After reading the lyrics that she thought was deemed "not humbled under God", she asked Tick did that sound like YT was "truly humbled under God". She very much misconstrued the lyrics and took it out of context, & added her own reaction & aggressiveness.

Never seen a judge carry a prosecutions case so much in my life. good thing this case will be won in closing statements, because the jury isn’t going to remember a year long comfort break in there headquarters👨⚖️🙄

@@Qqqqql they have stringed numerous unrelated cases to a rico charge of a super unorganized group that consists of friends and randoms that have no line of working in the streets in any official capacity other than there own testaments that they are all connected through name affiliation. The state has pieced together evidence and continues to display half truths in regards to the overall actionable instances in an attempt to convince a jury that all of these guys are working to further a criminal enterprise u def the guise of RICO charges

All he needs to do is get an expert witness to translate. His argument should be the prosecution introduced artistic expression without translation, which has high probability of misinforming the Jury and causing prejudice.

I agree and disagree. Yes she is somewhat good at her job but she does a little too much. She might get her way with the judge but it’s up to the jury to determine the outcome and I’m sure the jury is tired and they are getting annoyed of her interrupting the court with her objections non stop. This trial is not even a quarter done and they still have hundreds of witnesses that the state wants to question so by the time this trial is over they are going to hate her and there is to much confusion. This trial is ether going to be a miss trial or Jeffery will walk all thanks to the prosecutor wasting so much time

Ok. I been sitting here lookin at the early trial videos and I have came to the conclusion that. THE JUDGE IS UOSET BECAUSE THEY DISNT TAKE THE DEAL AND HE HAD TO SO THIS LONG TRIAL.
