I just did this for the first time... I feel like much more comfortable with breathing now, and a lot of friction and difficulty is simply gone... Amazing... thanks🙏🌺
Thanks for the excellent video. Can a person with BP which is in control with small does of daily medication do bhastrika followed by Anulom Vilom or others steps to neutralise it. Or is there a milder version that can be safely done ?
Thank you so much for this pranayama teaching. I’ve been doing the series every morning before sitting meditation. It has really helped my energy levels (I have chronic conditions) and the clarity of my mind in meditation. Namaste!! Could you tell us a little about yourself? Blessings.
Confidence comes from clarity in life, positive attitude and feeling happy within yourself. You can work towards getting those through being positive, being regular with your yoga practice and focusing on yourself rather than others. There is no magic meditation technique to gain confidence.
It depends on how you feel. You can do rounds of 10, 20 or 50 rep. But if you feel tired in between then please do not continue. Rest till your breath is normal then go again. You can do three rounds.
You might find this very helpful, as this course has all the details about how to improve in your pranayama practice, how to start, how long to do, when to go to next level etc. etc. namasteyoga.offeringtree.com/online_store/the-ultimate-pranayama-course
Do not do the hand movements. Keep your wrists on your knees and breath very slowly. Start with 4-5 seconds of break between two breaths. I do not know the status of your problem, so it would be a good idea to talk to a yoga teacher personally. For very mild spondylitis you can do as I mentioned above.
It can be a tricky answer. Since the breath is going on fast pace, people who cannot breathe from their belly will not be able to include the stomach, they will be breathing from chest only. People who have been doing pranyamas and are comfortable breathing from their stomach, they will include their belly automatically. Nothing is wrong with either ones.
For beginners it is important to get the breath and body movement alignment correct, so they can do yoga practice with synchronicity. Which is why Bhastrika sometimes taught with hand movement. As practice improves and individual starts to become comfortable they can go deep, which is the way Patanjali shows. I hope this helps.

You can do it slowly but follow it up with anulom vilom, prefer to do anulom vilom for twice as long as you did bhastrika.
🙏 Thanks 🕉️

Mam, More saliva is secreted after Pranayama. Is it normal.
Sometime it happens if you have been thirsty for a while but did not drink water and started doing Pranayama.
exhaling through nose or mouth?
nose
Can this be practiced at any time during the day/night?
Mornings are usually the best time. If you are doing it anytime in between the day, just make sure that you are on empty stomach.
@@NamasteYoga333 Great 👍🏼. Thanks a lot Surbhi 🌻
Please suggest improve amh level
Any pranayama needs empty stomach?
Preferably all pranayamas should be done empty stomach.
@@NamasteYoga333 I am asthmatic, so I should skip kapalbhathi and start from bhastrika and follow with anulom vyom then bhramari.. Correct?
@gnyanamayeekumbala Yes
Stomach to be kept stable? All inhalation and exhalation into the lungs?

Madam. While doing bhastrika during exhale there is no need of pulling stomach inner ? Like doing in kapalpathi ? Correct madam?
But Patanjali shows it in other way
