The bard needs so man voice lines. I so wanted him to have a song as I had him motivating my army at the start of a siege but he just says “The Singer’s song will never end!” I was so disappointed that once he’s recruited he doesn’t sing for the armies of the Bright Lord
Ikr mate, the reason why I don't mind shaming/killing him was because I usually spent quite a while to record uruk lines since they have variety of them in their disposal but singer lines are so limited I exhausted them in just a while and they are repetitive as hell which imo abit of lack luster for sure unique class in the game.

bards always get recruited. I wish you could fix a deranged orc, like make him a bodyguard for another bard and he gets his song back. now that would be awesome.
Hey there, it will go 2 ways;first the orc no longer title as "Bard/Singer" so he basically lose that personality and gaining a new scar title. Second, Bard/Singer as default will never spawn with a scar NOR even those you promoted out from grunt/decoy.
The only Singer I’ve ever gotten had iron will and after shaming him 6 times he lost his iron will and then became deranged. I killed him and never got another Singer or a Bard. But I’ve gotten dozens of Poets though.
The way to play the game is trying to not die, I got the game yesterday and then overtaken bruz. Almost died by an olog-hai At first I thought it would be hard to kill one of the regular ologs. How wrong I was. They went down fairly easy. Bruz however almost had me dead. I was scared, but that combat brand power saved me.
Disagree with "not dying" as the sole way of playing the game. Game is easy and that's true but without dying you can never fully understand/ feel what's going on on both Talion and Celebrimbor since its part of the immersion of the game UNLESS you take it as a challenge for yourself else I don't see the point of not-dying as a way to enjoy the game.
Thanks for sharing and thanks for support. Bard and poet spawns pretty easily during the early game but yea sometimes the nemesis mechanism can be a prick 😅

So I was at that one ologs trial. I was about to kill him with the help of my bard. I let him do the honors. Then I saw 5 orcs with White rings below them. I thought "is that a trickster warchief? I gotta take him." I climbed over a thin arch but my bard couldn't. I thought that he could start the fight and I would get to see the real one and assassinate him real quick for some damage. I walked across the arc and he followed me from below. What happens next is that I was shocked to see him standing alongside with the trickster. The trickster even argued with his decoys about the bard. It went like this: "So, do you think that the singer guy writes down every song he sings or just makes up in his mind in that moment?" "I think it would be hard for him to write every single song he sung down. Besides, if he is to write his songs then he has to write a song for everything. This would be hard I guess. So I'll just presume that he makes up those songs in his mind in that moment."
