beautiful job, Tom....the fact that it accepts/responds to midi commands is SO important....(think old Lexicon Jamman racks....)..this will work perfectly in tandem with my Behringer FCB1010
Great video. I didn't understand how the tempo was set though, does the looper set/recognize the speed of the beats/measure according to the speed you play? Is there a tap-tempo light somewhere to set the speed?
the boomerang phrase III sampler has many more features AND more channels than the pig. but it was a good demo, thanks, +i like the stereo input+outputs and some of the other ports..
...and the EHX 95000 has even more, but that's not the point. The Boomerang is bigger, and the EHX bigger again! The Pigtronix is more compact, which is a factor for a lot of people.
@@garystackhouse5787 ehx does has more stuff and its awesome!! more people should know about it, but its also just a 1 channel, 6 or 7 TRACK looper, with all loops having to be the same length.. meanwhile the boomerang phrase III sampler isnt much bigger than the pig and it might even be lighter.. no offense to the pig i hear its nice
What I want is to loop vocals with a looper pedal and have it sync with the volca sample playing beats, live in the outdoors. So, is this the looper to do this? Does it take batteries? Anyone know the best way to convert the volca's sync out into MIDI for the infinities MIDI input?
Great video as always! Is there a pedal similar to this one, but with a drum rhythm? I know the RC-300 has that option, but would love a pedal as compact as the Pig.
It does midi sync really well. I use an external drum machine and connect midi out of that to midi in on the pig. You could also make drum loops and store them in the pig memory banks.
Around 7:30 in, he presses the stop with his finger, but then he fiddles the loop 2 button. Why did he have to touch the loop 2 button? Do they get loose?
Doug Edmunds I have one of these. I bought this used and it's a great pedal. The pegs are made to last. If you watch he was simply pulling the whole pedal closer to him by about a centimeter to keep it in the frame.
The loop just isn't that long. Some other loopers allow you to make the loop as long as you have the memory but this one isn't really made for tracking entire songs.
this us without a doubt the best demo I've come across on !oopers so far! I'm new to looping so this was very helpful, thank you so much!

This is truly the clearest and most helpful demo of this looper I've found on RUclips. Thanks!
Stellar review/demo. Thanks for making this! Big ups from Las Vegas!!
JustAlliance Your very welcome!
Thanks, you always make this pedals to sound awesome !
Great review, fantastic playing. I am a user of one of those and I confirm it is not that power hungry so can be fed from 2x9v.

This thing is freaking awesome! I am still learning mine but it blows away other loopers. Not cheap but the best looper on market right now.
Great review
Is it possible to get loop 1 and loop 2 out separately from different outputs using input split?

Most pedal board power supplies have 18v sockets. My Gator has 3.
Will the gig rig generator power this?
How do I delete loop 2 without deleting loop one?

Great looper but very complex to use due to its many features.

Good review thanks
how would I power this for busking?
Why isn't my Pigtronix Infinity Loop allowing me to record the chords of an entire, but simple song?

Why are you double tapping to stop!? Just one tap stops it.
Getting bald :(
Aren't we all!
Did you want to date him or listen to his demo?
doudle tap stop??? so weird!!
Its not. Just one tap stops it.
