These men were conveniently forgotten by succsesive governments but not by the British people who knew that without their bravery we would have lost the war. When I was a little girl, my mother introduced me to the music of Mario Lanza and I fell in love. And then Pavorotti came on the scene and once again my heart was stolen then broken when he'd died. It was hard to deal with the loss of such a beautiful talent, I've been missing him dearly. Jonathon Antoine is stunning, and it's hard not to fall in love once again.

I love that he sings songs that we can understand. I have never listened to opera before. I don’t understand the different languages so it has been “why bother to listen”. I just found Jonathan and Charlotte and I just love them. Jonathan is only getting better and better. He is relatable and so down to earth. I guess I have always seen opera singers as being snobbish but not Jonathan. He has grown into quite a great singer and person.

Funny Mark I was just thinking that ,His hands relate the story .Some senior tenors only have their arms by their sides thinking technique .Jonathan has a more natural way to deliver and sounds less contrived .
