These things works only for the static websites and as soon as you move to the dynamic part this websites which are made by wordpress and hosted on hostinger or go daddy or bluehost got down. because it will not be able to handle load. thats why proper knowledge is important

This is only a CMS with provided hosting, pre-made themes were provided by WordPress. You are not actually coding, all these are just templates that wordpress lets you customise. It's like canva vs photoshop/Figma/illustrator etc. so if you think of beyond the provided templates ,, you will feel the limitations and the difference between an actual developer and a so called wordpress relaying ones.
For dynamic websites or static sites but robust design flexibility then you should go for custom code. And if you just want a website, ok with the templates and themes and just serving static information and files then ur good to go with this wordpress stuff,, which I don't recommend actually as a full stack engineer.
I'm just curious to see that these days, someone using WordPress calls themselves a web developer. 😅

In Rs.149/- plan they are giving 100 websites and 1 free domain. Can you please guide me what is a difference between website and domain?
Website are basically themes where you showcase your products where people can search for products and also place order and everything you track..... domain is a part of the web address someone would use to find your website or a page of your website online. Example..... Ending with .com, .in, .blog
Also only one website can be linked with one website.... For more websites you have to buy separate domain's

when we get a custom email and if we use it for promotional cold emails then is there a limit of 100 mail per day if if its the case then how can we tackle this
Web servers are not designed to send promotional/bulk emails, if you do so, chances are your IP may get blacklisted. If you want to send promotional emails , then register with a SMTP solution like brevo, AWS SES etc. They are designed to send bulk emails.
