Dynasty Trades In 5 is a dynasty trade show that focuses on dynasty fantasy football trade strategy, rookie draft pick values, individual player profiles, etc. For each player we discuss whether or not they are a dynasty trade target for 2022 and 2023, and if we lean sell vs. buy. We also get in depth on the 2022 rookie draft class, the 2023 rookie draft class, and dynasty rookie pick values in general. We don't do dynasty mock drafts yet, but perhaps we will in the future! There are many great resources available to the community, whether it be articles, dynasty trade calculators, trade finders, etc. We try to focus on short form content that is digestible and relevant. Would you do Mahomes for Purdy, 1.03 and 26 1st?
I recently made a trade in my dynasty 12 man 1 QB Standard
I gave the 1.01 for the 1.04 Garrett Wilson and DJ Moore
I now have the 1.04 1.05 2.01 and 2.04 , 4 picks in the first 2 rounds
Managed to get Puka for my 1.06/2.06+4.01. Thanks Scott, your advice that sometimes all it takes is adding an extra late dart to get the deal done got me over the finish. 12tm/S9/ppr/2.0 prem for context.
Traded my 1.01 + a mid 25 2nd for 1.02 + a mid/late 25 1st. SF league, but I was planning on taking MHJ anyway, so I dropped 1 slot to 1.02

@@Theodoredarling The 1.01 is worth the 1.04 plus the 2 seconds. Maybe could’ve gotten more, but it’s negated by Herbert being worth far more than the 1.06, Levis, and a 3rd

10 team SF. i have kyler and russ as qbs... i got offered my puka/1.04/tee for 1.01/jsn/late 25 first. originally tee and the late 25 first weren't involved but he felt like needed to add that. what do you think? im almost thinking its better to hold and shoot my shot at daniels or nabers and play it safe rather than risk it in jsn
I'm keeping that team together and drafting a QB at 4 but that's just me.

Are we still taking Nabers at the 1.02 in a 10 team start 10, SF, lineup, 1.5 TEP full PPR?
Unless you're dead at QB and 102 is your only path to one I'm taking nabers
@@ShaneIsTheWorst I have 1.06 and 1.10 as well. My QBs are Josh Allen, Watson, Stafford, Darnold, Flacco, AOC, and Mac Jones. I agree with you. I think Ive gotta take Nabers at 1.02, then maybe get JJ or Maye at 1.06. If I drafted Caleb, then I would want to trade some excess QB, and I dont think I would get what I need out of Watson or Stafford to move them. If Odunze makes it to 1.06, would you take him over JJ, Maye or bowers, even after you already picked Nabers?
Were we ever taking Nabers that early in super flex? Quick answer: No. trade back and get value.

@@bryangregus I see what you are saying but if you have seen previous episodes of this show, DTI5 has mentioned multiple times that in a shallow format the QB WAR isnt as high, and therefore they wanted to take the elite WRs early in a 10 team start 10

DK all day that new Oc is gonna have him out some nasty numbers Tank coming back from injury and competing with Diggs and Nico for targets. Ik there’s a trio in Seattle but it’s not the same target comp for DK compare to Tank. Plus DK is the alpha

Traded a 1.01 for 1.06, 25 1st (early-mid), Fields, and JSN. Already have Kyler, Arich. Puka, LaPorta. 1.06, 1.08, 1.09, 1.10, 4 2nds, two 25 1sts now. Rebuilding. 10t start 12 ppr superflex. Felt I needed pieces.

got the 1.01 and need a WR (marv) but i know 100% that the 2 and 3 are going QB…would u advise trying to trade down to 1.04 to get nabers + and if so, how much should i expect in return?
I would play 1.02 and 1.03 against each other if you know they both going QB. Take whichever pays you the most to take their QB. It seems risky expecting Maye and Daniels to go 2+3.
@@jleger714 love the idea but i should have added context. 1.02 is convinced he has the best pick in draft because he gets either caleb or marv without having to choose. 1.03 NEEDS to go QB and he’s a psychotic vikings homer who i have no doubt will take JJ McCarthy, or whoever MN drafts. 1.04 also has the 1.05 so i think he’d go Nabers plus a QB in that spot, he’s also a homer giants fan so i’m wondering if i wait to make a move post draft, he will say no if Nabers goes to NY cuz he will want him himself
@@AnthonySheaSPT Well I have a league where I'm at 1.03 and 1.01 is going Caleb. 1.02 wanted 1.03+2.01 to move up, I was willing to send the 1.03+2.07. If the 1.04 guy wants to move up to Marv from Nabers and is giving you a pick in that 1.10-2.03 range that's likely a smart move. Have you explored moving your QB2 for a WR then taking Caleb? or buying a proven top 10 asset with the 1.01?
thanks for the help man. Yes, i was the worst team last year and owned damn bear the whole first round. moved everything besides 1.01 to become a real contender. my QBs are now Hurts, Kyler, and backups

honestly think you sold low. did you try trading that package for allen or mahomes first? not sure how valuable that 2025 2nd is in a start 8. team is still great just think you lost 2 better assests. If you were paying up for caleb and want him then thats cool but value wise i dont think that 2nd is worth that much
@@connor3722 I agree with you I basically wanted to get off an excess share of Burrow and Higgins too. I did try to get Mahomes and Allen with similar offer but owners weren’t budging. I know I lost value here but really thought I would have a great position owning the top 4 picks in this draft.
