@@goldenageofdinosaurs7192thinking back on it, most of the seasons have incredible cold opens. The show is just great at introducing more questions. They don’t always have the answers planned out, but as any Lost fan knows, it’s more about the mysterious journey and character development rather than the actual answers to the mysteries.

Faith in God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is great, it's perfect, it's beautiful. Just starting watching your LOST reactions and I'm close to catching up - yours are some of the best I've seen! And yes, Desmond's actor was on the new MacGyver. Desmond ends up being one of the best characters!
Lexi, I'm betting that detail about Rousseau and the location of the radio tower was a correction that the writers made later, after the 18th episode. Details like that are always changing a bit in the writer's room and they probably thought adding in the radio tower at the end of Season 1 would be overcomplicating that particular episode. A good way to explain it away is that Rousseau's mind was pretty confused on many of the details of her own personal history, so they ascribed it to an error of hers. Just a guess, though. Love your channel!
Charlie's insistence that there are no Others does really annoy me here. Pretty sure it's because he thinks Danielle lit the fire when she took Aaron, but that doesn't make any sense. She hopes to meet with The Others and exchange Aaron for Alex, so she obviously didn't light it herself! Charlie is so quick to be cruel to her (calling her insane etc) and then just dismisses the very idea of 'Others', when he should remember Ethan only too well. And it doesn't matter that Ethan is now dead, because Charlie told Jack "All they wanted was Claire". THEY. This is the episode where Jack truly pissed me off and forever ruined his character in my eyes. Who the fuck did he think he was, ordering John to "pack it up"? They've already established that there was probably another entrance into what they could reasonably assume, was an abandoned hatch/bunker.
