Nice pile of fur. It’s been warm here lately. We’re getting an early taste of spring weather right now. Thanks for sharing your adventures! Have a good day. God bless.
Thx Brother! That wooly one wasn't worth doing but the other 3 were nice. We're getting more winter now than what we had all season. Storm blew through and left us with 10 inches of snow. Last night temperatures got down to about -24 Fahrenheit. I really appreciate you watching and commenting, my friend. Hope you folks are having a good day.
Thank you Brother. Winding down here too. I might leave my Coyote sets out for another week or two. After that it will be mainly beaver and maybe a few Muskrats. With the late start, it made for a short season. Appreciate you watching and commenting though. Thx for sticking with me! Take care.
That’s first dawg was a real beauty. The others were real nice but wow what a nice color on that first one. Looks like a slower season this year but still some nice fur rounded up. Good luck with what’s left.
The first one was incredible! It was a very non typical trapping season. Mostly very warm temperatures combined with a very late start added up to less fur. Since the Coyote price is down, I didn't put out as many sets for them either. But, yes. Still pulled in some nice fur! Thank you for sticking with me through the season! I sure appreciate it. Take care brother.
Great check brother! One wooly bugger and some beauty’s. That fisher looked great. I wish more of ours here had that pale silver color. Ours are mostly colored like a giant mink. Take care my friend!
Thank you very much. It seems like the majority of my males are colored like a Mink and these females are light colored like this. Appreciate you watching and commenting, brother. Have a good day.
It was a decent enough check. Another week or two I'll be pulling my Coyote sets. Then on to beaver, I guess. Thank you very much for watching my brother. Take care
Thx a lot Brother! I was happy. Another week or two and all my Coyote sets will be pulled. Then it will soon be beavering. Appreciate you watching brother! Have a good night.
It was a decent check for sure. We just got 10 inches of fresh snow from a storm that moved through. That's going to change Coyote movement a bit. Thank you very much for watching, my friend from across the pond! Best wishes to you.
It was a good day and a good season, considering how late I got started. I might leave my Coyote sets out for another week or two. Then it will be spring beaver! Thx for always taking the time to watch and comment. Best wishes to you!
Thanks! Now I guess I will just be able to catch dawgs, Otter, Muskrats, and beaver. But that's still fun. Got 7 inches of fresh snow overnight and it's still snowing! Appreciate your continued support, Brother! Have a good day.
So glad you enjoy them my friend. That makes taking the time to film my adventures worth it. Thank you for watching and commenting! I sure appreciate you. Take care
Yep, I will probably keep my Coyote sets out for another week or two. Maybe I can pick up a few more. Then it will be on to beaver trapping. Thank you for watching brother! Take care.
Yes, it was pretty cold there for a few days. Thawing again now. Another week, 2 tops and I will be pulling all my Coyote sets. Thank you for watching and commenting brother! Have a good night.
Glad to see that they are moving hard for you. That's great to see! Congratulations on another good run Darn it! You make me so jealous though. Wish we had all those critters although Fisher are starting to move back into Ohio but we will never have a season in my lifetime
Thank you Brother. My season on the long fur is Just about done. Another week or two and I will pull the rest of my Coyote sets. Then I guess I will be moving on to beaver and maybe a few Muskrats. I remember a time when I had no Fisher. They just weren't here. When they did move in, the population increased quite fast, surprisingly. They are cool Critters to catch. Appreciate you watching and commenting my friend. Best wishes to you.
Now that those old trails are open, hopefully next year is a more normal winter for trapping. It was awfully late this year with the warm temps and lack of snow for sure. Considering how late it was this year and the weather swings that is still a good amount of fur! Next year should be awesome if the weather co-operates a little. Take care brother.
It was definitely an abnormal trapping season. Having that trail open will sure help and hopefully I can get some more opened up. I'm happy with the fur I caught in the short season it was. It will soon be time to trap some beaver! Thx a lot for always watching and commenting brother! Have a good night.
Good dog season and it came to an end on some animals. Keep your head up you have done good plus you still have time to catch some more dogs. Thanks for the videos I know it's not easy doing it by yourself in the cold💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👍🏾
Really appreciate your words, Brother. I'm happy with the season especially when I think how late it was when I got started. I will leave my Coyote sets out for another week or two. Maybe I can pick up a few more dawgs. Thx for always watching and commenting. Best wishes to you my friend.
Must be nice to use your new trail you dozed. Conditions have been real weird this year. Its march and we finally got a big dump of snow over here in Mclean. Thanks for sharing Cowboy.
That new trail is going to benefit me for years to come, I hope. We got that big snowfall too. Now today we had plus 8. I think it is going to melt fast. On to beaver trapping I guess! Thx for watching brother. Best wishes to you.
OMG Good jo. Gays👍🏻amazing forest, cool, cool, very pleasant trip, beautiful place, beautiful nature, I enjoyed this video, happy work, always successful and healthy for you, Amen, thank you, my dear friend, I support you forever💯✅🤝🤝🙏🏿💝
You got that right Brother. It never gets any easier. I think the fact that I got the North line set up so late to begin with, makes it worse. Thank you for watching and commenting! Have a good day.
With the price so low for the coyotes do you catch them to get rid of them or still for the fur??? COngrats on the dog and fisher catches!!! I very much enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
Both my friend. Going to start calving soon and I don't need them hanging around the cattle. A friend called me last week complaining. She was starting calving. Had 2 calves and Coyotes came in and killed them both during the night. They need to be controlled for sure. Thx for watching and commenting! Appreciate you stopping by. Have a good night.
Cowboy you didn’t catch a coyote with mites this year did you? Awesome day for dogs. 4 out of 5 is a great day. That 2 tone Fischer is a nice adult. The tail was 2 ft long.
A few of the first dawgs I caught had mites but the vast majority have been pretty nice! Was definitely a pretty Fisher. Sounds like the price on Fisher might be up a bit from last year! Thank you for stopping by my friend. Have a good night.
The dawgs are still frozen. I skinned and boarded the Fisher today. For Coyotes that are frozen solid, it takes 3 days in my shop for them to thaw though. I'm trying to get caught up on my fur but it is time consuming with everything else I have to get done.... but I will get it done, lol. Thank you very much for watching brother! Have a good night.
Good check camo! How much are the better coyote paying up there? I only got 3$ for my eastern coyote and there was only 1 buyer out of 5 buying coyote.
I don't really know for sure. I'm guessing the good ones might bring $40. Towards the end of this month FHA has there first sale for the season and then I will know more. I wish it was 3-4 year ago prices. Thank you for watching brother. Best wishes to you.
It looked like last springs pup. Sometimes those young ones don't grow a really nice fur coat the first year. I've always noticed that wooly looking coat a lot more on the pups. Thx for watching my friend! Have a good day.
I know Brother. Makes me sick to think about it. Hopefully the price will come back soon but I'm not holding my breath. Sure appreciate you stopping by! Have a good day.
Not so bad! Those not so good dogs, could you get into leather working, shave them off and make things out of them 🤔 At least they aren't out there 👍 Have a good day my friend!!
It was a decent run. I do want to get into leatherwork more. I have tanned a few Critters with mixed results. We will see what the future holds. Yes, at least they won't be killing my calves! Thank you for watching brother! Have a good night.

Not a bad check. The fisher was a bonus. Nice tagging along with you. Things are winding down now that we are into March. See you next time.

Good day on the line Gary Thanks for taking this old coyote HAVAGWKnd

Nothing wrong with a 4 dog day and a bonus fisher. Well done.
Thx a lot Brother! I was happy. Another week or two and all my Coyote sets will be pulled. Then it will soon be beavering.
Appreciate you watching brother! Have a good night.
Another good check keep them coming till next time keep moving forward, from northeast England near the scottish boarder. 👍🦊
It was a decent check for sure. We just got 10 inches of fresh snow from a storm that moved through. That's going to change Coyote movement a bit.
Thank you very much for watching, my friend from across the pond! Best wishes to you.
Nice going cowboy. That1st yote was beautiful. To bad them 2 yotes weren't good. Still a good check.👍🏻
That first one definitely was beautiful. If they could all be that good I would be one happy trapper! Thx for watching Chip! Have a good night.
Another great day! I'd say you did well! You're the coyote king this year!
It was a good day and a good season, considering how late I got started. I might leave my Coyote sets out for another week or two. Then it will be spring beaver!
Thx for always taking the time to watch and comment. Best wishes to you!
The one my boy caught was terrible wooly too……. But good riddance to it anyway!😂😂😂
I hate to see the north line pulled….. seems like you just set it!😂
Good to see you still catching brother! Good luck with everything my friend!
Thanks! Now I guess I will just be able to catch dawgs, Otter, Muskrats, and beaver. But that's still fun. Got 7 inches of fresh snow overnight and it's still snowing!

That crunchy snow sounds like you got the same cold snap we got. Awesome to hook up with more dawgs. Congrats
Yes, it was pretty cold there for a few days. Thawing again now. Another week, 2 tops and I will be pulling all my Coyote sets.
Thank you for watching and commenting brother! Have a good night.

Dawg gone nice (555)
Thank you very much, my friend. I appreciate you stopping by.
Do you have any ideas how they become wooley ? I think it might be hair growing back after surviving mange .
It looked like last springs pup. Sometimes those young ones don't grow a really nice fur coat the first year. I've always noticed that wooly looking coat a lot more on the pups.
