Actually i thought the same about that game and just downloaded it one week ago) its a bullshit about micro transactions, since diablo is about story, not about multiplayer, and if you are not doing any pvp fights you won’t even see the difference. You can complete the game with 0 dollars spent on it(trust me)
Great video! I know you do these kind of retro videos every now and then. I was thinking that a comparison between Super Mario 64 and the DS remake would be very interesting. Maybe even throw in Render96 for the heck of it!
This game engine not demanding like genshin Impact tbh. Surprisingly this game with highest graphic settings running really smooth on my poco x3 nfc which is mid range phone.
Are you sure everything was on High/Very High on S21 (apart from resolution, which max is High and not Ultra)? It seems a little bit blurred compared to ROG 5S.
@@jairhernandez4623 In the nvidia control panel I have DSR factors set to "2.25 DL". and DSR smoothness set to 33% - which I think is the default setting. I have a 1440p ultrawide, so then I set my windows system resolution to 5160x2160. I believe you'll need an RTX card to use DLDSR, but as this is a mobile game it's easy to run this at 2.25 DL for me on a 3080, with it underclocked whilst mining crypto at my monitor's native 75hz display. These settings wont be like running DLSS.. it doesn't add AI detail in to the image, but it will smoothly sharpen edges. To me it doesn't look like Diablo Immortal runs at native resolution, so DLDSR helps with that in my opinion. Good luck.
When you show the mobile version you don't have the graphics maxed and outline on or it would look more crisp on mobile but most devices will lag if you do so.

Not gonna lie, it looks impressive on mobile.

PC is always ahead when it comes to graphics but mobile one is so close and similar
Of course, you can not compare a phone running on a small battery compared to a stationary pc. However phones today are impressive.

15 minutes in playing on a smartphone and it gets so hot that the screen stops registering touches properly

What is the framerate.
Depends on your hardware so doing frame rate analysis is pointless especially when not everyone will have the same PC or smartphone setup
