Braum makes some black leather seats with red piping that would've matched the center console and the rest of the car 1000% better
I've got a C5 Z and was wondering if you researched other brands b4 deciding on Braum? If so, what was the decision factor in getting these? I need advice!!!
For the instalation did u have to drill any holes in the brackets?
Those look good! I personally would have chose black with red accent's to match the rest of the car (if it was even possible)
Seats look good but not sure on the white stripe choice. Different flavors for everyone I guess.

Love the look of these BRAUM seats. I have done the C6 seatbelt mod so no seatbelt roller on the floor any more. Gives me about 2inches more space....
But culd i ask you a favor? Im shure others wold like to know if they are 190cm or taller. Whats the messurment from the lowest part of the seat (Where you sit) and up to the roof? I have a FRC and im worried these would get taller then oem seats...I just dont have the room :-)

hi, how did you get the seatback release on the seat mechanism to fit past the seatbelt retractor on the vette? I can't get it to clear it. Thanks!

Nice work. I purchased the same Braum seats for my 04 C5Z, with Planted Brackets sold by Braum. Unable to install the seats because of width and clearance issues. Watched your video several times and unable to replicate your results. In the process of heavily modifying the brackets. Perhaps you can go into more depth about how you modified your brackets so other guys like me can have an easier time? Thanks!
we had to put the passenger seat on the driver side to swap them so the adjustment bracket would be in the middle of the car, and we had to relocate the tab that the seat belt buckle attaches too
DB Automotive thanks for the reply! Yes we tried swapping seats by still had clearance issues with the handles. Any specifics on cutting and relocating the seatbelt bracket? Thanks for helping!
I know we had bent the handles inward and took the plastic cover off of them, the only cutting was to move the seat belt buckle mount, its gonna be a very very tight fit, the handle is gonna be smashed against the tranny tunnel, like the only way I can adjust my seat is with needle nose plyers. but when we were putting it in you basically have to fight it in, It took us a while like using a hammer and crowbar to line up the bracket to the bolts in the floor
Are those Stock c5 z06 seat belts? most people are saying online that you have to use c6 belts.
Curious what your running. They look to fit great! and I am considering a set for Christmas

K H I had bought the seats with the mounting brackets on Black Friday so everything was 20% off, the total with that was $955 I'm not sure what the regular pricing is, and thanks!

another owner said they rock back and forth like they are sitting o stilts. may be he installed them wrong? grab the head rest and move it back and forth to see if there is play and wiggle. if you get into a collision you want to know these won't pitch your face into the windshield.
No the seats are very solid, they don't rock at all.
They are nice but why did you go for the white trim instead of the red?
Pitties, a WRX and More It was Black Friday so everything was on sale but all the seats with red were out of stock, but we're gonna be repainting the car soon and the red wouldn't have matched

I'd love these if they tilted. I know they recline but can't give up the tilting option of my stock seats.

Did you mod the C6 seat belt more for these? Looks like you just modded the C5 belts.
What did you modify on the planted brackets to get them to work?
we switched the seat belt mount to the opposite side since we switched the seats around

the are awesome, everyone that sits in the car loves them, I did a 2700 mile trip in one week and the seats were very comfortable the whole time

They're holding great, but I also do always wipe down my stuff to make sure it's always clean

Well if your putting them in a corvette the install was a little hard, like we had to put the seats on opposite sides, like passenger seat on drivers side because the handle to adjust the seat was hitting the seat belt, and a little bit of modification to the bracket, but corvettes are small inside so it should fit fine in most other cars, and the seats are sooo comfortable, I love them a lot, the build and quality of them is amazing for the price, I plan on getting harnesses soon too
