Him in game doesn’t freak me out, however, when people animate him it freaks me out! I saw one where he had a very skinny body and a giant creepy smile. He looked like something described in creepy pastas!
Toby nailed this character. It makes every player confused and feel a bit of discomfort for some reason, while not losing the series' goofy antics like punching a dumpster with funky music.
It's not the best voice but it somewhat fits his personality. I expect him to speak in an insane "Joker" like way and sound a bit robotic since the theme for this entire chapter is the internet.

Excluding people who are obviously paying none to begin with, like Kreek, who skips through dialog freely. No fault of yours, though. Just not many good videos to use clips from.

I mean, it's totally fine if they personally don't prefer story-based games, but they don't have any room to complain that they don't know what's going on in the story or get lost when they ignore all the dialogue.

I love that upon meeting Spamton, people feel either immediate love or immediate fear. I feel a spiritual connection with Graem because I also immediately loved him and let him eat all my Dark Dollars because I expected him to be a mad dummy character so I was trying to enjoy his company for as long as I could... and I was so infatuated he ended up killing me.

To be fair, he didn't seem like he really enjoyed Chapter Two at all. His original playthrough of Deltarune and Undertale were a lot more invested, while Chapter Two was just.. eh, for him. He probably also decided to do a bland robot voice like he did for Mettaton because of how similar the sounds were. So I don't entirely blame him for not really putting the same amount of energy as others did for Spamtons voice.
