Beat first Spamton encounter, go to trash zone and get KeyGen from Spamton, find the secret basement in Queens mansion and take the EmptyDisk from the machine. Take it back to Spamton and he loads himself onto it. Take the disk back and place it into the machine. Spamton Neo fight.
