I always thought the scene where Spamton falls down is so sad. After everything he’s done, after breaking his own strings… he still can’t do anything with his freedom.
Beat first Spamton encounter, go to trash zone and get KeyGen from Spamton, find the secret basement in Queens mansion and take the EmptyDisk from the machine. Take it back to Spamton and he loads himself onto it. Take the disk back and place it into the machine. Spamton Neo fight.

He really did just straight up cut the act after he was defeated.
