First time hearing this song and I'm an old Rush fan. Fell out with newer albums, but I missed a lot in the 2000's. Last tour I saw was Roll the Bones. But they still kicked butt on this one in the studio and live.

I Love Rush, No doubt they are my favorite band1 but those guys doing the flying have balls of steel and Ice water in their veins. I wish I could take a ride like that. Its close to God, because if you wipe out, that's where your going!

Wow! This is not just about the song or the video. The combination of the two, and the timing and editing are just fantastic. I've watched this video 10 times over the past few days. It never fails to get my adrenaline going. I put Headlong Flight on my workout song list and even found myself visualizing this video during workouts, and got a surge of adrenaline. Well done says I.

I googled my favorite Rush song last night and to my surprise and delight found this video. Now I just have to do this. Googled the dang suits and can't find them, and how did you train to control them, indoor flight simulator?
Thanks for watching. I didn't participate in any flying. This is clearly a highly specialized skill that would require extensive training to attempt. I'm pretty sure the suits aren't available to the general public, and with good reason. Probably best to enjoy it here on youtube!

Who and how was this filmed! This had to be a one take kind of filming. Its amazing how these guys flew as such high speeds and along with whoever / however their flying was filmed didn’t crash! Everything about this video was truly amazing. Rush simply one of the greatest bands … EVER!

It's impossible to be thorough or objective, but... of the various videos I've ever seen on RUclips, this is a kismet pairing and one of my best-ever. There is a video out there of the song "Fireflies' mated with the Marx Brothers; it too is a perfect accident of choice. This is purely insane. Oo-rah. My neighbors have been made to enjoy this song several times. Play loud! 'Headlong Flight' indeed. Everyone talked musical integrity back then. Look who quietly practiced it 40 years..... (go play 'Nobody's Hero'. You won't regret it))

They are called wing suits. Pretty dangerous stuff... flying basically unprotected at such a high speed, they can run into birds, electrical lines and mountains !!
It is dangerous. At least 5-10 deaths a year from this 'sport'. I think they are crazy, but I am not an adrenaline junkie.
