Premium ultrabooks. Laptops like zenbook 14, yoga slim 7, spectre x360 are the kind of Laptops I'd love to use as my daily driver. P.S. You have a Ryzen 7 U series proccesor based on zen 3 architecture(outdated) can it seamlessly perform 4k editing ? I use an zenbook 14 for my workflow. Splendid laptop only complaint I have is thermals. It has a single fan and an core ultra 5 H series processor. Otherwise it has an amazing screen 3K 120Hz 500nits oled P3 colour gamut, 16gb ram(I would love to have gone for the 32gigs with core ultra 7 model but budget) its thin and 1.2kg light and portable with military grade certification and looks absolutely drop dead gorgeous and beautiful.
Hi Saptarshi....I am really struggling to learn ui/ux design even tho I did a Msc in ux design. I switched my career from education. I started with coding when I decided to switch to tech...but later moved to design..as its easier to learn faster but still find it difficult...and I sometimes prefer to go back to coding. Can you please share some advice?...thank you
Can I become self taught Web developer? Confused to choose between web developer vs animation vs graphics/ui/ux designer. Can I get a job by learning these skills by doing course or from yt? Without graduation, degree? Because They said you can get job without degree, graduation. Lot of people are self taught still working in office, that's why I'm confused in these skills) If i learnt any skill from these i have to freelance it, most of companies ask for requirements qualifications but I'm dropout and confused. Very 1st thing i want to choose between those skills, so as a designer can you suggest/guide me which is better? How to choose? Web development vs graphics/ui/ux designer vs animation? Please help 🙏🏻
Here is some advice - Design is not for everyone and degree does not make you a designer and Msc in UX?? LOOKS like this degree was created last month Other than that learning design is a life long process, learn Design, practice alot I mean alot 2-3 years practice good UX projects understand UX take a online 10k designer course maybe
TBH I have had similar laptop but it was not upto the mark, pretty basic! I have MacBook and a windows laptop, believe MacBook is faaaaaaar ahead in terms of smoothness and performance. The only things that is better on this HP laptop is the keyboard.
This laptop may be great for general professionals, but not ideal for designers. For those with a budget of ₹1 lakh, I recommend investing in a laptop with a dedicated graphics card. This ensures a powerful processor and better graphics performance, making your workflow smoother. The processor in this laptop is outdated, making it suitable only for web-based apps like Figma and Canva. It will struggle with more hardware-intensive software, such as those required for video editing or animation-key tools for modern UX designers. While this laptop offers 32GB of RAM, remember that AMD onboard graphics share memory, which can impact performance. Despite the high RAM, it will still struggle with demanding tasks. Additionally, HP budget laptops under ₹1 lakh often face issues with hardware quality and poor after-sales service. Instead, I recommend laptops from the ASUS TUF series or Lenovo for better performance within this budget. If you prioritize display quality, consider the ASUS Vivobook Pro OLED series. Lastly, if a laptop markets "co-pilot" as a key feature, it might be compensating for other shortcomings.
