I’m new so this is a Potential dumb question alert: Will doing these shadow boxing workouts help to lose body fat round the belly area and increase muscle? What are some of the benefits that come out of shadow boxing! Thanks so much for a helpful video!
it's dependent on your muscle density! Think of your body like a car. The more horsepower (muscle) you have, the more gas (calories - fat - energy) you'll need to operate. On that note, these workouts can really push you if you have more muscle!
