Not sure you’re aware but Onion and garlic are both toxic to dogs. Thanks for the recipe looks delish. Could you use pork liver? I had a half pig with liver and not sure what to do with it. I got the organs for my dog treats but he doesn’t want them
I do know that, thanks. I’m not at all concerned with the quantity in the pate and the quality he had. 💗 If you like the taste of liver, you can use pork or beef… but it will be much stronger tasting.

How long does it last in the fridge? Normally it hets eaten straight away but last batch has been a week in fridge. Smells and tastes fine..
However long you’re comfortable keeping any other cooked meat in the fridge… I’d say 5 days max.

I'm assuming you can use beef liver the same as chicken in this recipe?
Only if you really like the taste of liver- beef liver is much stronger flavored than chicken.
