- Ukraine's second biggest city Kharkiv is coming under near constant bombardment, as Russia presses ahead with a new offensive. Kyiv has accused Russia of targeting civilians after a wave of Russian drone and missile strikes swept across the region. Moscow has consistantly denied targeting civilians deliberately, but many are coming under fire regardless.

Naming the "best" seems moot. On DW she's the only one ever invited and for western media in generally i have noticed that they are practically all from King's College London. Ukraine just don´t have as much money to offer Soldiers, so they can´t get as many from outside world (like Russia does), Ukraine also don´t have very poor remote area like Sibiria where Russia can lure unemployed poor Men to join the Army. But with the new conspriction law, it will be better.

We have tons of money and this isn't costing us hardly anything. We are giving older materiel and are spending to build new stuff for ourselves. We have more than a thousand Abrams retired and in storage we can give, a couple thousand each of Bradley FVs and F-16s. All about to be replaced anyway. No loss to us, and not an expense.
