I had hip pain in my forties and it seemed like a miracle when I started taking magnesium and within a couple of weeks all the pain was gone! I am now in my sixties and I still feel great with no joint pain. There are other things I do like a mainly plant based diet and excercise, but I still take magnesium.

I would love to see your wardrobe video. I was always taught that magnesium is better absorbed with calcium and they need to be taken at night because they are best absorbed when in a restful state.

ahhh the knitting, I miss so much! Living in the Caribbean it doesnt make sense though! Thanks for the magnesium remark. We have here also the problem with both lots of heath and filtered water. I will now take magnesium every day. Hopefully it takes care of my tiredness. Good luck in the North

Adding calcium and magnesium to water from the Copenhagen area, is like adding salt to salt. It is by far the worst area in Denmark, when it comes to the amount of calcium and magnesium in the water. So much actually, that it is kinda a problem with various things, like shortened "lifespan" for dishwashers and the like, if not adding extra softener etc. In Denmark we measure how "hard" water is, and Copenhagen has the highest hardness in the whole country by a good margin.

Nice to see Copenhagen again. When I visited I stayed at the Hilton on the water and the people were swimming outside the hotel. It was so nice to see. I love Copenhagen, so beautiful and so interesting. I walked around for hours exploring, not boats. Wish I had gone to Malmo Sweden for the day as a side trip. What kind of magnesium did you take? I'm in my early 30s and even though I run about 4 times a week, I get knee pain

I take a magnesium gummy chewable but there’s sugar included which feels more like candy than a supplement. I’m going to look into the dissolvable tablets. Any info would be welcomed. ahhh the knitting, I miss so much! Living in the Caribbean it doesnt make sense though! Thanks for the magnesium remark. We have here also the problem with both lots of heath and filtered water. I will now take magnesium every day. Hopefully it takes care of my tiredness. Good luck in the North

Adding calcium and magnesium to water from the Copenhagen area, is like adding salt to salt. It is by far the worst area in Denmark, when it comes to the amount of calcium and magnesium in the water. So much actually, that it is kinda a problem with various things, like shortened "lifespan" for dishwashers and the like, if not adding extra softener etc. In Denmark we measure how "hard" water is, and Copenhagen has the highest hardness in the whole country by a good margin.

Nice to see Copenhagen again. When I visited I stayed at the Hilton on the water and the people were swimming outside the hotel. It was so nice to see. I love Copenhagen, so beautiful and so interesting. I walked around for hours exploring, not boats. Wish I had gone to Malmo Sweden for the day as a side trip. Good luck to Pepe on that marathon race.
