May i suggest you use an Aeropress for coffee ? It's delicious - it doesn't burn the coffee (need to use water between 80 and 90 degrees celsius, with 85 being ideal), so it tastes better and is better health wise. It's the best coffee we've ever tasted and it's super easy to make ! It's the most portable coffee-making tool as well - super light weight, great for camping, etc. Love
I'm going through your videos, watching a few every day, and it's a true pleasure for me. Such a beautifully crafted life and films! Please note: banana trees only produce one bunch of bananas and then they dry up and die, or you cut them down. But you continually get new young trees (suckers) sprouting from the base, which can be left to create a little thicket of bananas or detached from the old stump and planted elsewhere. Hello Eugenia First of all, thank you for doing these videos in English as I cannot speak Spanish which is embarrassing as I have a small place there in Guardamar. I wanted to thank you for all the work you put into making these videos. I have not completed watching every single one you have done from the main channel to yours. Apart from being something I’m am interested in; I find your style of film making very relaxing with the way you edit them and include prefect pieces of music to create the theatre. I suffer a lot of anxiety in life which affects me quote a lot, but I find your videos take me off to a better place. I wanted you to know how much of a difference you are making to people like me. I really can’t wait for the future videos on your next ventures and particularly the house you are going to build. I also love your cooking segments as both my wife and my son are allergic to Gluten and a few other things so my wife is always looking to make her own food. I hope you don’t mind but I have some question if you are able to answer them. I wish I could do what you are doing but my son is 12 and he would miss so much of his life if we moved away like you have done. May be when he is all grown u pi can do it. Do you do your design business online still, is that you still work on your pc. Why do you not use the white house? Is it yours or you neighbours? Where about in Portugal are you and why did you not buy land in Spain seeing as that is where you are from. Where do you get the music from that you use? I would love to download some of those to make a playlist as they are so relaxing. I really apologise if you have already answered some of these in previous comments.

I had looked into moving out to my parent’s land but there isn’t any way to get internet for my remote job! And their land is only 5 min outside of town! Do you work remotely with wifi and cell service out there?
