Hello how do you turn on the TV light there's no switch at the top and how long does it have to be charged before his actually works
The fan doesn't kill them. They get sucked in and remained trapped, dying of starvation and dehydration.

Leds did not work, fan was working. Circuit analysis revealed only one series resistor for 6 parallel leds.
This is not good design practice. I cut the printed positive voltage line on the PCB to check individual leds: one was shorted and took
all the current from the supply. 5 remaining leds with an individual series resistor of 330 ohm solved the problem.
Why trying to save on resistors? They cost almost nothing.
