My US WINGS jackets are nice. My WESTED jackets are much nicer. I like to buy from the original makers of the film jackets. The new Wested Destiny jacket is INCREDIBLE! No comparison.
That's good that they fixed the Princeton spelling mistake from the original jacket. Shame they messed up with the year for The Last Crusade
When they were first advertised I noticed that it was spelled wrong and they were quick to correct it. I sent them a message regarding the date so that may be changed soon too. Otherwise it’s a fantastic jacket!

I actually won an A-2 jacket from US Wings a few years ago - total luck. Won it on Facebook. I've also bought a couple of other jackets from them over the years. Always nice interactions with them and Sgt. Hack. Looks like a fantastic version of the jacket!

Great jacket. I love the lining. I bought US Wings the original vintage adventurer jacket in Cape buffalo. Exactly the same as the licensed version you have because it was $170 cheaper. Both are excellent quality and as much as I love the lining of yours I couldn’t justify the extra money for something that nobody really sees when wearing it. I can’t wait to get it. US Wings is a great veteran owned company. By the way on both jackets they don’t use D ring adjusters like the screen accurate versions but that really doesn’t matter to me I just love the style of the jacket. By the way, the Cape buffalo jacket I ordered is three season weight. I don’t know if the one you have is. Great video 👍👍

Bruh, cowhide? That jacket looks good on you but the price sounds like typical disney. Theres a great many other leather makers that have done the real passionate digging to get much more accurate jackets for less than that price.

You’re not factoring in licensing fees. They are the sole maker that is officially licensed. Also, the work going into making these. It’s a fantastic jacket and sponsored or not, most leather jackets are a couple to a few hundred dollars. I mainly collect officially licensed merchandise. 99% of my collection is officially licensed so I wouldn’t buy anything else. Yes, there are other makers out there and plenty of other leather jackets but you get what you pay for. It may not be for everyone and that’s ok. I like it and that’s what matters to me.
@@ThatArnoldLife what I'm trying to explain is that that other leather makers make better jackets for less, a la, lambskin (accurate) and patterns based off of originals (accurate) not jackets made for general population out of production based leather on the cheap. Say what you will about licenses, it doesn't compute to getting less for more.

I know of the other jackets I didn’t mention them in this video on purpose. Also, I only buy officially licensed products to help my wallet. I never said I buy it because it’s better.
@@Midnight_horrors885 first of all, it’s a personal decision and I spend my money the way I choose to. Second of all, if I were to start buying other products out there that aren’t officially licensed I would be buying ALL the other jackets and fan made items on Etsy, so in the end I save TONS of money. Also, it’s not just about “promoting Disney Products” I would promote it if it were ANY other company Disney just so happens to own that license. Again, this isn’t a comparison video and I decide how I spend my money, not anyone else. If you don’t agree with my statement/opinion or how I do my videos that’s fine. I respect your opinion. There are plenty of others out there doing the same thing that may align with your views. Stating your opinion on this jacket is fine too but questioning how I spend my money is not. Does the collar stand up like that normally?
No, the collar is really firm and I just didn’t push it back down when I put it back on after I laid it flat to film the inside of the jacket.
"it's top notch quality" and then "it's my first leather jacket". How do you know it's top notch quality when you buy your first leather jacket? (and you haven't even paid with your money for it)
I'd personally never buy that Indy jacket. It's just so obnoxious. There are other manufacturers that CAN make you a quality indy jacket.
🤣 Just because it’s MY first leather jacket I’ve owned, doesn’t mean I haven’t seen/touched/used other leather jackets. I’ve just never owned one. I’ve worn them, I’ve borrowed them so I’m well aware of the difference in quality.
I try to stick with officially licensed products and merch. I know there are plenty of other retailers out there, but they don’t hold the license (big difference for me). I respect your opinion and no one is asking you to buy it. This is just for others who may or may not be interested in getting one of these so they can have a closer look.
