Bought this exact bike in June of this year. Had 1600 miles on the clock. I love it! Bought some Viking saddlebags and had them painted with the 2 colors to match. The bike definitely gets a lot of looks. Rides like a caddy. I love it!!

@@tfries72 Hey Tyler , For my personal preference I would probably go to a 14 maybe even 16 inch set of wide apes. I noticed that when the bars were turned that they were uncomfortably far back and close to the tank. Again Ty just my personal prefrence.

🤣 my bike!! Well not this one but one exactly like it lol. I bought this machine on 11/26/20 and man this video makes me happy for it. I gotta say I was not crazy about the color scheme AT ALL,, im 31 and all my vehicles are dark in color and "mean looking" and this was the complete opposite of what I wanted but when I was at dealer I just couldn't stop turning my head towards it, weird right? Lol every time I saw a different bike Its like this one just kept whispering at me. Anyway I finally asked the sales guy if he can put it in the sun and when he did, the gloss shined, the black popped the paint was GLEAMING and she spoke to me. After about another hour of back and forth I finally said "fuck it ring me up!" Definitely not the most manliest color but I cant lie she definitely catches my eye. Makes the GF jealous 🤟🏽😏😎
Pretty sure Kawasaki have to update the Vulcan with ABS real soon, otherwise it won’t comply with the standards in many countries. While they’re at it, they should drop a sixth gear in it and bore it out to 1200cc and make a black and chrome option! That would be a sweet ride! 🏍💨👌

Tripp On Two Wheels I read it. All good points. Unfortunately that’s where I’m at. I’m in the market to buy. I have a 95 Vulcan 1500 (88). I love it. I don’t want a full dress. And I don’t want to sell my firstborn for an archaic name such as Harley. I have no options but the boulevard (which I don’t like the looks). I’m backed into the corner of buy old. Again. Or buy Harley. I want a 1500cc naked cruiser. Why is it so impossible
JollyGreen Giant do the partial debaffle first see how you like it plenty of vids on RUclips all I can say it sounds better rides better and no engine lights have come on due to co emission censors and I still get around 360 klms as the fuel needle enters the empty mark and ashen I fill up it takes around 15 liters so I still have more than enough to get to a servo I’m not a mechanic so I don’t recommend I thought I would try it and if I got a light come in the bike I would have just bought new standard pipes
Get the touring version if you intend to be on freeways. I've owned a classic non touring like the one in this movie and while its great fun and super comfortable plus it gets me and the wife along the black stuff very well it really needs a fairing for long range comfort.

Tripp On Two Wheels Yes it has a gas gauge but you’d be surprised that many bikes not have a low warning light cone on with no way to tell how much gas is left.
Tripp On Two Wheels I don’t know why. It’s not like they would need to make changes to put in a gas gauge or an accurate speedometer and just include that in the price of the bike.
Impressive motorcycle. I currently have a Yamaha 650 V-max classic. I bought it to help an old couple out but it's a good motorcycle. The 650 runs great. The only downside is I am not fond of the classic styling. Less is more.
@@trippontwowheels it's a 2000. My son has a 1999 1100 custom. I like the look more than I like the classic style. The folks who had my bike kept it up and had the carburetors rebuilt before I bought it. It has plenty of power but it feels heavy. My other motorcycle is a Kawasaki Z125 so there is a difference .
Hardly any difference between a 2020 Vulcan and my 2009 Vulcan. Personally, I don't care for the blacked-out look, I prefer more chrome. I have a 900 Classic LT and for me it's the perfect bike. Maybe it's not the most powerful in it's class but it suits my needs. I do wish it had a 6th gear, though.
The Kawasaki Vulcan 900 custom is the best beginner cruiser bike ever made or ever will be made.... BUT WHY THE HELL will Kawasaki not add a six-speed transmission to this bike ??

@@theone2be33 I've owned a 2019 900 classic from new and I love it but it sure doesn't stop on a dime. I'm trading it for a Voyager 1700 this spring and mostly because it's front brakes are not strong enough in an emergency stop. The rear is more than powerful enough but a bike of this weight needs dual disks. Oh also it could really use an 6th overdrive gear. It will sit at 80 happily but it buzzes over 75 as it's just maxed its top gear. It is the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden though
@@jaykay9639 well then you need to have the brakes checked because the front are stronger than the rear. But yours IS a 2019. Just because it's newer doesn't mean better.
Not achievable. Different pricing strategies almost every where. Not simply a currency conversion formula. Plus, the Out the door price varies greatly in the US from dealer to dealer. Could be up to 20% difference from one to another. Base price in the US is $7,999.

Japaneses don´t know about cruiser bike design. Mixture black and chrome, rear fender "from other bike", one long seat (impossible soloseat). So ugly. (Note: it's the bike i have, but 2010, a little more beauty).

Take a look at a used Triumph Thunderbird. 1600cc, great seat, ABS, 200 lbs lighter than Harley and 40% the cost. Good luck brother!

I agree. The lack of abs, traction control, hazards, gas gauge keeps people from buy many bikes in the Kawasaki lineup.

Well. Not only Kawasaki. V twin was fist used by Indian, and the belt drive was made by Kawasaki
