This coaster is amazing! I think it would be better if the coaster was a bit slower in speed since it feels like the coaster just zooms past the elements. I feel like it should be slightly slower to drag out the elements.
That was the plan actually! I wanted the forces to feel very whippy and ejector-y rather than hangtime-y! I’m sure I’ll try a more hangtime focused coaster someday in my current park series!

This coaster reminds me of ICON at Blackpool Pleasure Beach! This coaster has a couple more inversions than it but honestly I went on ICON on Thursday and it was cool but if I went on this irl I would definitely go on it it looks epic :D

Honestly I've found I can get coasters just as smooth without using the 4m method - however it takes a lot of manual tweaking manual banking resmoothing etc. At the end of the day I feel it's still much faster the 4m but does require some pretty deep understanding of PlanCo and forces in general.
Yes, regardless of the smoothing, having a good understanding of PlanCo and coasters is key to making coasters realistic! For instance, I didn’t only use 4m pieces, I also used 5m and maybe even 6m in this creation!

My advice would be to try again and again with the vanilla game before introducing mods to your skillset! I know next to nothing about PC mods as a PS5 player, but I know they aren’t required to make coasters satisfying 🥰 Hope I could provide a bit of wisdom! For now trust your process and dream on!

The supports on my non-inverting were inspired by it, however the rest of it wasn’t cause I didn’t want a slow coaster hahaha, I wanted this to be some sort of new gen Mack Launch coaster after they learned what they were capable of with Ride To Happiness, Voltron and Hyperia, giving a faster launch, and overall a better pacing! The only stupid question is the one you don’t ask, so don’t worry, this is far from stupid! Short answer is that they don’t exist, so I made them using 2m x 2m glass window pieces and 2m scaffolding pieces 😜 Hope I could help, thank you so much for watching! 🥰

I come from the future and this is gameplay from Planet Coaster 69 D. I spent hours experimenting with triggers in the past, which helped me do this Pick your poison! 😜
I also tried building with 4m long rails, then I select 3 & always press "smooth everything" then one further & press it again. & so on. But for me the train still jerks and doesn't run smoothly
I highly disagree, and so does Icon which was my main inspiration for this project! And imagine, Icon is a much slower ride than Velocity, so Velocity definitely needs these supports!

My advice would be to try again and again with the vanilla game before introducing mods to your skillset! I know next to nothing about PC mods as a PS5 player, but I know they aren’t required to make coasters satisfying 🥰

Thank you so much! I honestly can’t remember why the letter is that way, I designed this font over a year ago, but knowing how stylised it is, I’d say it was intentional to make it look distinctly sci-fi!

Oh you haven’t ridden the recent MACKs have you? They have become absolutely unhinged with what they do and make some of the most creatively intense layouts out there now between Voltron, Hyperia and Ride To Happiness!

@@YannBK1608 true i suppose. I was just thinking in terms of this exact mack LSM model. Copperhead, icon, bluefire, ect, are all good but not insane intense like this. Still, I see your point and maybe if mack made a coaster like this today then we could see something like this :)

The supports on my non-inverting were inspired by it, however the rest of it wasn’t cause I didn’t want a slow coaster hahaha, I wanted this to be some sort of new gen Mack Launch coaster after they learned what they were capable of with Ride To Happiness, Voltron and Hyperia, giving a faster launch, and overall a better pacing!

Sorry that this may sound stupid but where are the glass barriers? I’ve been searching for them for almost 2 hours now and I can’t find them, I also love the rollercoaster
The only stupid question is the one you don’t ask, so don’t worry, this is far from stupid!
Short answer is that they don’t exist, so I made them using 2m x 2m glass window pieces and 2m scaffolding pieces 😜

B. I’m a wizard, Harry
C. I come from the future and this is gameplay from Planet Coaster 69
D. I spent hours experimenting with triggers in the past, which helped me do this

could it be 508m because you didnt count the track used for the switch track and the track that is on the station?
I eventually found out that it’s because banking offset causes the track to not be the exact length value set for the track when bent!

Cyberpunk 2077 just rocks! And the OST is just out of this world 🔥
I also tried building with 4m long rails, then I select 3 & always press "smooth everything" then one further & press it again. & so on. But for me the train still jerks and doesn't run smoothly
Obviously, knowing how to profile elements is a big part of getting the coasters right, so that might be something to look into!

And imagine, Icon is a much slower ride than Velocity, so Velocity definitely needs these supports!
