Great video again Bill. Rosy is great 👍You both gave us valuable info. With prices going up in Ajijic and a few neighboring towns people are looking and talking about visiting and relocating other places And you provide others with a solution. Gringo Enclaves & Havens in Lakeside are still affordable, but not for all. Retiring in Paradise is no longer an option for many. And for people like me who has a good retirement income is looking to save more money. Bill thanks a lot. Morelia sounds good to many. Some in Lakeside are talking about Morelia since you’ve moved there
How do you find those prices in Mexico? You said in another video how cheap Durango supposedly is. But when I looked at real estate prices there they were extremely high. Just like in most other places in Mexico. And so many places listed are completely run down.
You can't look at internet prices, those prices are always high. Go to Facebook groups in the area and ask the people that live there. Visit the places and meet people.
I always enjoy the high quality filmwork of the Bill Dallas show. It often has the good hallmark landing page on this scroll, too. Bueno, bueno qualidad video. Transmission sent from NE Bernalilio county, New Mexico 9.38p 30.9.24
I am a Dartmouth College Graduate with a Masters Degree from The Ohio State University. I have lived here for almost 20 years. The United States is way more dangerous than Mexico.
@@BillDallasLewisTotally agree with you Bill. As long as someone uses common sense and doesn't partake in illegal activities you're much safer here in Mexico.
My experience is people sometimes don’t use common sense. Stay away from drugs, or people that engage in questionable behavior. Don’t be out late at night when you’re drunk, or if you’re not strongly familiar with the area. Murders in the U.S. are so random. Like children in school or people at a concert. Those type of killings are rare in Mexico. Stay out of trouble and you’ll be safe.
We want to check out Morelia next year. Will certainly reach out to Rosy.
Me too Nancy!
That was interesting thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching
Hey Bill, good to see you enjoying Mexico. Such a wounderful place, Mazatlán was a great experience during spring time.

Thanks Bill. Good information.
Hi, Bill. Thanks for all the great videos! Will you please do a video comparing the cost of living in Morelia with your former life in Matzatlan?
That video will go up Tuesday morning, 11-12-24
Rossy is simply the best!
