She is super cool. I watched her on another of your videos. Her aura is beautiful. Yall got me bout to cheat on Merida...stop it!! Conkal is stealing my heart.
I'm certainly glad they're building in Conkal with the idea of preserving the greenery, because the population is about to explode. Cartess, is the city of Conkal also building out its infrastructure to lessen traffic jams and bottlenecks, as the developers continue building? Also, are there nearby elementary and high schools? A school focused driving tour would be a good video, for parents with young children. Great content as always. Loving your collabs👏🏽👏🏽
Centro isn't diverse enough for me. Everything looks the same. Concrete everywhere, more heat because of that. Significantly less green spaces and more difficult to get around I'd think. Once you do everything in Centro, you'd have to drive out anyways to go and do things. But Centro is loved by many too 😀😀😀
Maaaaaaaaaannnn, that gym is awesome!! This privada has everything. Conkal is going to be the new hot spot!! The only other skate park I’ve seen in Merida is at Parque La Plancha.
I would love it if it wasn’t so dang hot there!!! I live in Las Vegas so I know hot but Merida is WAY worse than Las Vegas. We just visited Merida this summer and it was BRUTAL!!! Most public places don’t have ac and if they do they keep the ac set soo high it feels like they don’t. Even in Sams club!!! I was like come on Walmart you guys can afford to turn down the ac. It was ridiculous!! But what surprised me most about Merida was how big the historical part of the city is! Biggest I’ve seen in Mexico. I swear it’s even bigger than Mexico City. Perfect second home place if your summers are nice where you live in the states but if you want a place you can go to in the summer DEFINITELY Merida is NOT it!!!
There’s no downplaying the heat. It is brutal for sure. This past summer had me contemplating going somewhere else. It was that bad. But, we made it through and probably won’t go anywhere else. If anything, we’ll likely plan vacations around the summer and get outta here for a couple months. It was brutal
$2132 mxn pesos ($109 USD and everyone in your home gets access to all the amenities). I was paying $75 USD in my previous privada and they didn’t have 1/2 the stuff. Also, 104 lots compared to the 400 in my prior neighborhood. More stuff, less people.
The gym is off the chain. We've looked at a few subdivisions and the gym was nothing like this. We've been looking for these types of amenities. How much are HOA fees?

La Isla and Altabrisa Plaza (both are about 12-15 minutes away). U can be in Altabrisa in 10 minutes during non rush hour. You can be at Galerías in 20 minutes and Harbor plaza in about 18. We go to Texas Roadhouse from here all the time and we’re there in 20 minutes from our driveway and this neighborhood is less than 2 minutes from our old one. Macroplaza in about 12 minutes if you’re familiar with that area.
Aloha Cartess KhaiYah from the island of Hawai’i. I am looking forward to working with you. I am a Mortgage loan Originator in ALL 50-STATES and I am planning to find a beautiful place for just myself. We need to talk. I looking toncommwct with you on some other levels, since I'm in Realestate both residential and commercial properties. Let's Talk 😊 KhaiYah
But the overwhelming number of folks staying in gated communities are Mexican 🧐🧐🧐 In my previous neighborhood, which was very expensive, there were 400 homes inside that privada. Only 3 American families lived there. Everyone has their preference and plenty of Americans live in the US live in gated communities. Nothing wrong with it.
Wow she is very pretty;! You said she's good friends with your daughter so I'm guessing this gal and your daughter are young under 30 Well she is pretty but when these young people color their hair grey I automatically thought she was in her upper 40s she's gorgeous but grey hair on young women is not a good idea 😵💫

She's awesome. Conkal is da spot! Stop stalling and come check out Conkal :)
Thanks for sharing. Conkal is great! Can't wait to get back and walk that path through it and enjoy the Tranquillo atmosphere!
It really is! Thanks for watching
Cartess, we need more single level houses for us retirees. Please.
Please

Why is the population in Mérida about to explode? I'm trying to learn more about the city.
Conkal looks so lovely, I just don’t want to drive everywhere which is why I’m leaning closer to Centro. 🤔
You should try driving, it seems hectic but it' actually fun! Seems like chaos how the lanes increase from 3-2 lanes but somehow the flow just works!

I love it, I can't wait to move to Merida in few months
It’ll be here before you know it
That is going to be a beautiful privada and has wonderful amenities, it's not surprising that most of the units are already sold!
Very beautiful

Ahhh. I never noticed the one at La Plancha. I need to go back and peep that. There is a nice one at Progreso
They laid that gym out!
I love it. I’ll be in contact with you soon Cartess.
👍👍👍
Wow! That's the prettiest privada I've seen yet!
Siii
The Dog is just chilling with the workers like he just waiting for the rain to stop to continue working lol.
😂😂😂
Tempting to sell everything and run away to Mexico! Beautiful properties.
Go for it!

How much??❤❤
Wow! That place is awesome. I assume there are matainence fees. Do they delay your payment on those until all the amenities are actually available?
How much does it cost to live there?
Good one
Thank you! Cheers!
How much are the HOA fees?

Conkal is the best option to live actually
Are any of these areas accessible by public transportation?
You’ll have to get to main road, which is near and catch bus/van.
What no pickleball courts ?
The gym is off the chain. We've looked at a few subdivisions and the gym was nothing like this. We've been looking for these types of amenities. How much are HOA fees?
I'll find out and will post

Cartess…What is the closest mall to this Privada?

Hey you. Hola :)
Skate Park❤
I was surprised
What is the name of this privada ?
Olivia
Can she help me buy a bank repo?
Reach out to her. Very helpful and knowledgeable
There’s no repos because there’s no financing.
@@Mexicobeanpole l should say, l want to look at propiedades recuperacion bancaria.
Lol that's almost non existence since over 90 porcent of all properties are paid off
I don't know what it is about places in Mexico and not installing toilet seats. Just that one thing turned me off from that entire property.
🤷🏾♂️
Why? You can buy a nice new toilet seat that nobody else's butt has touched.
@@jodibraun6383 I'm talking about in public places. It's an oversight that just screams cheap.
If you want "gated" why not stay in the USA? We dont need gates in Merida...

Jejeje. My daughter and her daughter are best friends (they’re 16). This hair is her natural hair color, no dyes or treatment
I thought 50s. Ppl usually go grey in 50's.. But she is the mother of his daughter's friend. So, 30's or 40's.
@@turnovertheleaf5505 That's her natural hair color (it was that color as a child)
Very bad pool design.
