I wondered how the victim came to have a previous injury or plate to her skull. DV victims often have multiple head injuries during their lifetime. Also, from the daughter, we learn the victim’s partner died recently. Doesn’t sound like a happy place. More questions than answers.

There are moments when the medical examiner is flipping pages of her report - and photos of the deceased person / victim without notice that they are being flashed in 3D space as she does this to the courtroom in front of her and to also the videographer who is streaming this to the public. I have see this before - - even more careless showing of pictures of deceased victims while they are being handled by witnesses and expert testimonials. It is UNACCEPTABLE that THIS OCCURS EVEN FOR A MOMENT - - It is an OUTRAGEOUS INVASION OF PRIVACY for the VICTIM and INAPPROPRIATE for the GENERAL PUBLIC to SUDDENLY CATCH A GLIMPSE of a Body in Autopsy - - ESPECIALLY WHEN WE KNOW WHO THEY ARE - They Have Been Identified for These Court Proceedings. I have previously contacted news stations to alert them of this happening on their streams and don't know if ANYONE CARES TO ENSURE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN. If Law & Crime Produced This Video - - Were in the Courtroom - - They Need To BE AWARE OF THIS SLIP UP and NOT NOT NOT DO IT AGAIN IN ANY OF THEIR TRIAL COVERAGE. I Understand They Cannot Control the Careless Movements of Page Flippers Giving Testimony - - Someone Needs To Understand HOW TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING and Pathologists and Medical Examiners Need to Take Better Care in How they Page Through Photos - When They KNOW THEY ARE ONLY BEING SHOWN TO THE JURY - - NOT THE PUBLIC.
