Ian, this work is amazing. A one bedroom apartment? Man, you keep this up you’ll be in a mansion on your own island. Well done and keep up the amazing work!
Thank you been printing for a few years but never attempted a helmet. Thanks to your video I just completed my first a Hex 3d Bo-katan helmet used your advice on supports and it came out great 30hrs on my Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus. Again thank you
Please can you make a slicing video for the helmets it will be very helpful!!! But this is an amazing video love your content. Keep up the good work man!
Dude, I've seen your IG and also 3D print & make SW helmets...I walk my family dogs at UCLA a lot so I immediately recognized your shots w/bucketed heads on the steps. 😁 Nice to stumble upon this and didn't realize it was you until you mentioned the UCLA bucket.
I just moved my 3d printer from the open desk into my closet, and well see how well it works for me. Love the clone pilot helmet, def one of my favorites as well.
Well done and very thorough. Looks like you have a well thought out and efficient system. Visor installation, padding, maybe LED light installation (if you ever do that) would all be interesting future videos.
Thanks so much for making this video!! I've been following your Instagram for a while now and brought my 3D printer to college with me. I cant wait to start printing again and I definitely wanna take a stab at making a helmet! I've loved your content on Instagram, and I cannot wait to watch all your content here!!! Thanks again!!!
Great video man! Always looking how to improve my finished prints. Thanks for the insight! You’re helmets are amazing and you’re a huge inspiration. Keep it up Ian!
Just a thought, I setup my CR10S with a direct drive from Micro Swiss, got rid of the Boden tube and have never looked back. No clogs since the upgrade 2+ years ago.
Looks great 👍 I just got into 3d printing, I got a ender 3 v3 se printer and I was wanting to get in making some helmets and armor and thing's for my brother car. Any tips or tricks to get my started on the right path??
hey man amazon has a pop up paint tent with floor and rear vet hole for 69.99 cad so should be cheaper where you are should be under automotive paint supply. great work
Can you tell me also what that clear display in the corner is ? I'm always looking for space saving displays my Lego collection keeps spilling over everywhere haha😊
Awesome videos! I’m looking forward to making a clone trooper costume for Halloween, I have an ender 3 printer. My only question is how do you get the 3d print files? I know about galactic armory but unfortunately I can’t spend money on files.
Just a question, I am considering getting into 3d printing, but don't know what printer to start with. I'd love to make helmets like that, but I don't know what to get. Any tips on entry level 3d printers to buy?
Where do you get your 3D models for the phase 2 realistic helmets? for example the green one in 22:30 or the standard one aged at the bottom of the shelf at 10:16
Just found the channel and subbed. Been thinking about a printer to make helmets for quite a while now and think I'm gonna just go for it. Something I didn't notice in the video (may have missed it) and don't see anything on your channel about it, but I'm wondering where you source your files from. Do you just buy them from places like Etsy or are they available online for free somewhere?
Great video! as you said when someone wants to do something he will do whatever what it needs to reach his goals! Question: Do you intend to sell those helmets? If you already sell them could you share with us how do you do?
i need help tuning as i dont know who have strings and did tolerant test anything after .05 is stuck would love also a slicer video to make helmets for me and my kids
Love your helmets, I am in the process of trying to replicate your work, where do you get your STL files for the helmets. I got a Phase 2 one off thingiverse, but to get your head in, the bottom has a neck lip that doesnt let you slide your head in. Any recommendations?
Galactic Armory has some pretty great files! I believe the neck ring is removed for easier fitting. If you do look into his files, use 3DELPRINT for a discount!

I've been trying to get into 3d printing, do you have any suggestions for printers?
Where do you use the spray ?
My printer is in the guest bedroom closet 😂
If you have a guest over you should fix a mask to the extruder arm and remote start it lol
How do you sleep with the noise?
What 3d printer are you using?
I don’t know if I missed it but what printer do you have?
Love the video!! Just started making an ARF trooper helmet! I wanted to ask, how do you become an affiliate? Also, what printer do you use?
I use a Creality Cr-10s! Reach out to Aaron about his affiliate program on Instagram!
