Thank you so much. I did not need all your information but you put me on the track to what I was looking for, the past 4 hours and yesterday too. Even my domain support gave no direction. Have a lovely day.

Thank you for your feedback.
This is an excellent tutorial. However I could use a textbook to go alone with it. This book would certainly be a part of my go to books. Thank you for your time.
Thank you for your suggestion :)
I don't have the option to use the Google Domains nameservers. Any tips?
Thanks
When I now go to verify my domain on my Facebook manager it says this record is already in use so how to I verify it on Facebook business manager ... as my domain has already been verified with google
Thanks for such a brilliant video. How to configure SSL certificate with google domain ?
Which ssl certificate do you want to use? If it's provided by hosting company then nothing.
Great video. Very informative.
Before ticking you didnt menton MX records my mail is with Godaddy how do I put the mx records in there's no separate priority box .. Other than that its good although google doesn't use the @ symbol anymore
If you are using GoDaddy hosting too then it would be simple to use their nameservers as you are also using their mail service.
So if you use custom can you still send and receive emails to the business email connected to that account? I’m not receiving any mail anymore!
Check your MX records is pointing to correct server which handles your emails. Lookmydns.com
with custom nameserver can we use email forward in google domain?
Unfortunately no but I have a free solution for you ruclips.net/video/dGTMQEWzjTY/видео.html
Hi, nice video. I am using Workspace for my company email accounts. Do I still need to pay for my web hosting plan? If I transfer my dimain to Google domains??
Thanks,
Ajit. From Gurgaon, India.
If you transfer your domain you have the annual fees of domain renewal to google. Hosting is for your website it's not required for workspace.
@@smarthelpguides thanks for your quick reply. So, after transfering my domain to google domains, I have to change DNS setting on Domain itself..
Yes google domain integration with workspace is much easier.
@@smarthelpguides thank you.
You were explaining the subject matter really clearly till 2:00. Thereafter, you jumped around too much, and it was difficult for me to follow your instruction. It should not be too difficult to follow mapping an external IP address to a domain name.
Thank you for your feedback. I will try to make videos more easy to understand.
@@smarthelpguides Thank you for your quick reply. I believe majority of people who come here want to see how to configure "Custom resource records",but not "Synthetic records" or anything else. It would be much easier to follow if you go directly to "Custom resource records" section and show how to configure the setting.
Please check video description for timestamps and for further help you could also email me.
@@smarthelpguides I'm all set now. My two domain names have been successfully mapped. Thanks!
too bad you didn't cover DDNS "dynamic" DNS where the address changes.
