    Hi Rachel, I was blown away by this video and seeing you skating etc and being so active and vibrant! It really encouraged me to keep going with my healing journey. My goal is to go running along the beach near where I live here in Portugal. I also enjoy seeing the way/things you eat; it gave me some ideas. I'm also looking forward to the day when I can eat beans & some grains, like millet. The digestive system really seems to take some time to heal, longer even than the neurological system which seems so much better now. Thankful for all the progress that's been made. In love & gratitiude, Deborah

      Hi Deborah, I'm so glad you enjoyed it and found it helpful. I honestly feel so grateful for being able to do things like rollerblading - I never thought I would. I absolutely love your goal of running along the beach in Portugal. Being able to see ourselves doing things like that can bring in so much hope! The digestive system really does take time to heal, I think it's because it's such an emotional part of the body. I always notice any stress in my stomach. I now see it as my messenger, if my tummy isn't happy then I know that I'm not and that I need to change something. I'm so glad you're seeing some healing, that is wonderful! All the best in your healing journey! xxx😍

      @@rachelAO Thank you, Rachel! Good to be in touch with you. Yes, it's a long process, but then again I've been having problems since my early twenties, and possibly since birth with severe hypoglycemia and then at 27 almost deathly bout of hepatitis when I was in India. After that numerous problems with all kinds of parasites including amoebic dysentary. The list goes on with many struggles and a nasty case of gout when I was in China - high protein diet. So I'm very thankful that at 64 years of age I'm able to slow down completely; I had to stop the work I was doing in the area of nutrition and come home to take care of myself. I don't feel angry with my body, I think it's been through so much and has held on for so long! I am eternally thankful for Anthony William - Medical Medium - and the beautiful gift he has from God. I was led to him in answer to my fervent prayers, as doctors had NO IDEA what was wrong with me. So thankful for this peaceful, quiet time in my life, and to be able to heal in this healthy way!

    Rachel hello, thank you for your video!
    Actually I didn’t have any problem with my health when I met MM, but I just realized that this is the only right way to go to stay good in the future.
    And 5 years before I became a vegan by ethical reason, and yes! It became a problem for a people around me ;))) not for me but for them! It was so funny, with some of them I had to discuss to leave me in peace and stop commenting every time my way to eat! You are so good in skating!!! Amazing!

      Hi Svetlana, So great you decided to do this for your health. Thank you for sharing your experiences with other people - if we can focus on who we're doing it for as you say it becomes much easier! I had the same when I quit drinking alcohol - was a big problem for some people. I've never really understood someone being upset with the way someone chooses to live for their health. So glad you stuck with your path! Shows strength ❤

    Wow! You look so different now! I was looking for reviews on the book Medical Medium Thyroid Healing and stumbled upon your video on May 19, 2020. In that video, you looked tired(no offence), your voice was very calm, and peaceful. And now you are glowing!! You look a lot more lively than that time. Even through the screen I can tell that your energy level is higher now. I am happy that I found your channel as I am having Greaves' Disease, medication is not working well for my body, so I am searching for alternative ways to get my health back on track without having my thyroid removed or getting radioactive treatment. Thank you so much for sharing!!!!

      Thank you. When I made that video in 2020 I had healed so much from where I'd started. I'd come out of getting COVID late 2019 which set me back a little. Now things have continued to progress and I feel better and better. I guess what it demonstrates is that the body continues to heal and that there is no end to what we can achieve with a mind body approach. I'm so glad you are looking at alternatives to recover your health and I really wish you well. I have no regret taking the natural route it's been very empowering. Our bodies are facing challenges all the time with stress and the environmental pollution, but once you learn how to embrace health giving practices you feel like you have what you need to move through them. Sending you healing wishes

    I just found your videos and they are so inspiring. I’m in a really dark place right now, dealing with chronic illness, mercury poisoning from a leaking amalgam and going through a separation from my husband that I definitely don’t want. My health is the low blow excuse he uses for us not getting back together. My health is only getting worse and it’s causing extreme anxiety. Your videos really help remind me to relax and stop spending all my time researching health and then ending up emotional exhausted and in a panic because of the negative articles I find.
    I’d really love hearing your experience with the heavy metal detox smoothie you make. When did you start drinking it in relation to having your amalgams removed? Did you notice any side effects? Any noticeable benefits?
    Thank you for making such helpful videos!

    • @rachelAO
      @rachelAO  3 года назад

      Hi Hannah, Thank you for your kind words, hearing that the videos are helpful means a lot to me. I'm so sorry to hear that you're dealing with all that. I can imagine that is tough to be dealing with that and also separation you did not want. Illness can be really tough on relationships. I don't think people know how to deal with it. For some it's scary and feels out of control, others feel powerless to do anything and that makes them feel bad and others just can't deal with anything. My partner got incredibly depressed and really stopped engaging with me. It's important that you know that their inability to deal with it is about them.
      If you can try some tapping on your own (I've got a video on EFT - which covers the basics - link in description), it is great for helping relieve anxiety. Health googling was one of my worst habits and it used to give me a lot of anxiety too - it's something that's definitely worth giving it a break if you can.
      I start doing the HMD about 5 years after I got my amalgams removed. So my health had been going downhill after the initial extraction and continued to do so thereafter. When I started the HMD I found it a bit intense and I used to pulse it - so do it for a couple of weeks, take a break for a week or so and then do it again. If I did it everyday I would get pain. I also had a black tongue for the first month of doing it (which apparently means I was detoxing metals) Benefits-wise I found it really helped my digestion which had gotten a lot worse after my amalgam extraction and I guess over time it reduced my pain and increased my energy - but I think that was a combination of thing. Take care Hannah you can move through this

    I just found out about medical medium. I’ve heard about him but didn’t really pay much attention until Now. My nutritionist did mention it to me but never told me to do the full MM protocol. She put me on a fruit diet for breakfast for my leaky gut and chronic pain due to inflammation and it really helped me so much because now I can eat without having horrible stomach pain. I did the fruit only for breakfast and lots of greens but now I want to do the full protocol. The lemon water and celery juice and all of that because I have bladder problems and arthritis and I strongly believe that doing the full protocol will help me heal completely. Thank you for your videos,they have been so helpful💜💜

    Hi Rachel, the tip about juicing the celery leaves for tooth health is brilliant, I had no idea! My teeth are not in great shape (not the dentist's fault but my own), and I will definitely try this. I was also wondering what effect all this lemon water and fruit on the MM protocol will have on my teeth. Any advice/thoughts?

    • @rachelAO
      @rachelAO  Год назад +1

      Hi, Glad you like the tip about the celery tops - I swear by them for my teeth - it does taste a bit bitter though, so always worth trying a little to start with and build up! The impact on your teeth from lemon water and MM will be related to the PH of your saliva - there's a great book by a dentist (from your neck of the woods) Judene Benoit - I'd check out her book - I talk about it in this video - ruclips.net/video/wdiobaPMCFk/видео.html - this book helped me get my oral health back on track. ❤❤❤

Now on fat free protocol again since June. Going to Thailand for 2 months in October .any advice on eating? It will be hard to eat low fat or no fat. Thailand has some light foods which I will try my best to eat low fat. Husband doesn’t understand mm or care too. Any advice you can Ofer would be great. Thank u! I am a fan of your videos❤️

I really appreciate it. ❤️ I have never been to Thailand, but I've heard that the fruit is out of this world and plentiful and they do have some amazing salads. I've also heard from high carb low fat vegans that they are very accommodating in a lot of restaurants. So, I'm sure once you get there you will find a way to eat that supports you. I'm so jealous! What an amazing place to visit! I hope you have an amazing time!

    Hi Rachel, glad to see you're back! Hope you had a nice summer. I have a question if you don't mind. I'm only 8 months into medical medium and staying very dedicated, do celery juice and heavy metal smoothie everyday. I had a similar dental experience as you did and got a lot of mercury dumped into my system and it really wiped me out. I'm seeing improvements with medical medium protocol but after 8 months of no fat and strict diet, daily routine of celery juice and detox smoothie I wish I could say I feel my healing is improving all the time instead of why am I not getting further along in my recovery. Curious if you experienced this and at what point did you have a turning point where you knew the metals were clearing out and you felt great improvement. Do you still do the metal detox smoothie? I apologize for the long message, I really respect your journey and honesty with all your issues and could use a little encouragement myself. Blessings and love to you.

    • @rachelAO
      @rachelAO  3 года назад +1

      Hi Kimberly, Thank you. It's great to be back. I'm hoping to be more consistent with the uploads, depending on the renovations which are just crazy :)! In answer to your question (please don't apologise for the length - it's perfect) it took me a long time to start feeling better. I was on MM for over a year before I started to feel the fog lift. I had a lot of pain during that first year and wondered if I was ever going to get better. Things started to shift once I got the emotional healing going along with the protocols and also fine tuned my supplements. I didn't realise how much fear, anger and sadness I was carrying, I was also traumatised by the dentistry so starting to release that helped me immensely. I found myself very anxious about my symptoms as the pain was intense. In terms of the HMD I pulsed that because the detox from it I find a bit overwhelming. So I'd do a couple of weeks, take a little break, do a couple more weeks. Now I do it, but I've been out of blueberries for awhile due to the renovations. I definitely plan to go back on it. I've also got to say that it's really important to keep your lymph moving, so anything you can do to help your body shift the toxins is really going to help you. Hang in there, what I found with healing is once all the cogs aligned things started improving quickly. I would say the majority of my healing happened in the last 6 months, before that I felt like I'd been spinning my wheels. Wishing you well in your healing journey

    • @deborahrees5630
      @deborahrees5630 2 года назад

      Hi Kimberly, I've been following MM info for the last 4 years & 10 months, doing lemon water, celery juice & HMDs daily. I'm also grain free, and not able to eat beans just yet, so stick to soup, salads & fruit smoothies. I'm gradually improving. What's helping me is consistency and not trying to go too fast in the detox process, which can be a tendency for some, in our impatience to get well! I find that eating a little avocado every day helps, as well as a lot of steamed potatoes!

    Hi Rachel i really enjoy watching your videos. Just curious - now that you're better have you tried eating something you shouldn't like for eg gluten at a restaurant or a friends house and if so did that food cause you any nasty side effects or a flare of your old symptoms?
    I'm also slowly incorporating the medical medium diet & lifestyle, I have celery juice and lemon water daily , and try to avoid all the no foods , i've even dramatically reduced my caffeine which I ever thought I'd be able to do. im working my way through and will add the heavy metal detox smoothie next. I have to incorporate things slowly otherwise its just too overwhelming.
    can you do a video if you havent already about all your health struggles and what life was like for you back then before you got better.
